PILOT CHECK VALVE
[Solution] A pilot check valve includes a first body that has input and output ports, a main path 13 that is in communication these ports, and a check valve element that allows a flow of a pressure fluid from the input port toward the output port. The valve element blocks or allows a flow toward the input port side by supply or discharge of a pilot fluid and has a residual pressure exhaust path connected between the main path and an exhaust hole, a seal member that is provided in the exhaust path, and a push rod that moves the check valve element to a position where a flow of a pressure fluid toward the input port side in the main path is allowed and moves the seal member to a position where a flow toward the exhaust hole is allowed.
Valve device
A valve device that changes the direction of flow of a hydraulic fluid supplied to and discharged from a cylinder mechanism to actuate the cylinder mechanism, the valve device including: a control valve including a main spool axially movable between different positions; a lock valve including a plunger and a pressure chamber; and a selector valve including a selector spool operable in conjunction with the main spool to axially move between different positions, the selector spool being located adjacent to the main spool and having an axis crossing an axis of the main spool.
Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system for a working machine, the hydraulic system includes: a hydraulic fluid reservoir; a boom actuator having an ascending chamber and a descending chamber; a first pump; a first directional control valve comprising a first ascending state configured for moving the boom in the ascending direction, a descending state configured for moving the boom actuator in the descending direction, and a first neutral state; a second pump; a second directional control valve comprising a second ascending state configured for moving the boom actuator in the ascending direction, and a second neutral state; wherein the second directional control valve further comprises a float state configured to connect at least one of the ascending and descending chambers to the hydraulic reservoir for permitting the boom to move freely in the descending and/or descending directions.
HYDRAULIC SERIAL REPHASING CIRCUITS
A hydraulic circuit includes a hydraulic power unit, a first cylinder pair coupled with the hydraulic power unit, and a second cylinder pair coupled with the hydraulic power unit in parallel with the first cylinder pair. Re-phasing valves coupled with each cylinder of the first and second cylinder pairs are activated when a respective one of the cylinders reaches one of a fully extended or a fully retracted position. The hydraulic circuit incorporates the serially plumbed, re-phasing cylinders for synchronized movement in a system with multiple pairs of cylinders.
Synchronized hybrid clamp force controller for lift truck attachment
A hydraulic control circuit operable to selectively hydraulically link first and second hydraulic actuators and to bypass that hydraulic link.
CONTROLLER AND METHOD FOR HYDRAULIC APPARATUS
The present invention provides a controller for a hydraulic apparatus. The controller is configured to determine (410) that a mode change criteria has been met for the hydraulic apparatus. In response to the determination, the controller is configured to control (420) a valve arrangement to change a first actuator chamber of a hydraulic actuator between being fluidly connected to a hydraulic machine and fluidly isolated from a second chamber of the hydraulic actuator, and being fluidly connected to both the second actuator chamber and the hydraulic machine. Further in response to the determination, the controller is configured to control (430) the hydraulic machine to change a flow rate of hydraulic fluid flowing through the hydraulic machine to regulate a movement of the hydraulic actuator during the control of the valve arrangement.
Fail-safe actuation system
A fail-safe actuation system comprising an actuator having first and second chambers, a working circuit with a motor/pump device configured to actuate the actuator in an operative state, and a safety circuit configured to move the actuator into the safety position in a failure state, the safety circuit having a tank that holds pressurized fluid and that, in the failure state, is automatically connected to the first chamber via a switching valve, and having a drain valve that, in the failure state, is moved into a through-flow position in order to drain fluid out of the second chamber, the safety circuit configured such that, in the operative state, an inflow into the actuator—in a manner that is decoupled from the tank—is established by the working circuit, and, in the failure state, an inflow from the tank into the first chamber—in a manner that is completely decoupled from the working circuit—is created by the safety circuit, whereby a short-circuit fluid connection is provided between the first and second chambers that, in the failure state, is through-connected in order to generate a short-circuit flow between the first and second chambers.
Boom Control Circuit for a Construction Machine
To perform a work with the same operability under a dead weight of a front work equipment in any of a float work and a normal work, when a bucket descends in the air, and after contacting the ground, to perform a work with the operability being maintained as it is when performing the float work, and to perform a work while pressurized hydraulic fluid is supplied from a hydraulic pump when performing the normal work. A lower-ing control during a float working mode is performed in a valve passage state in a first region at which the lowering control is performed under the dead weight of the from work equip-ment without being supplied with hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump, regardless of whether or not the bucket is in contact with the ground, and the lowering control during a normal working mode is performed in a valve passage state at the first region in a non-ground-contacting state and at a second region in which the hydraulic fluid can be supplied from the hydraulic pump n a ground-contacting state.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR ACTUATING LIFTING FUNCTION
A hydraulic control system for linear actuation that provides a bypass flow during startup of a lifting command, provides a split flow between a cylinder and a reservoir once a minimum operating speed of a pump has been reached, and provides complete flow to a cylinder after the minimum operating speed of the pump has been reached. This is achieved through control of a flow control valve and a proportional flow control valve by a processor.
Power units with manual override controls for hydraulic systems
A power unit with manual override control for a hydraulic system having an initial state and at least one operational state is provided, comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid that moves between a first chamber and a second chamber of a hydraulic cylinder; a pump that routes the hydraulic fluid in and out of the tank; a first relief valve; a first solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on the at least one operational state of the hydraulic system; a first check valve connected to the first solenoid valve; a manual override control unit comprising: a second check valve; and a second solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on activation of a manual override control, wherein the activation of the manual override control returns the hydraulic system from the at least one operational state to the initial state.
