When a fluid control valve is opened and closed, the port pressure of fluid control valve is guided to a main relief valve through a first passage, and its maximum pressure is controlled by the main relief valve. At the same time, the port pressure of fluid control valve is guided to pressure compensation valves of the respective fluid control valves. As a result, even when functions having different load pressures are simultaneously operated in the fluid control valves, constant operability can be always secured without depending on the load pressures. In addition, when the fluid control valve, which drives a tilt cylinder for a function of tilting a fork, is opened and closed, the port pressure of the fluid control valve is guided to a secondary relief valve through a second passage, and is also guided to the main relief valve and the pressure compensation valves of the respective fluid control valves through the first passage.

Hydraulic excavator drive system

A hydraulic excavator drive system includes a regeneration line, which connects an arm pushing and an arm crowding supply line, each of which extends between an arm cylinder and arm control valve. The regeneration line includes regeneration and switching valves. A release line that is branched off from the regeneration line at a position between the regeneration valve and the switching valve is provided with a release valve. A secondary pressure from a first solenoid proportional valve is fed to a pilot port of the regeneration valve such that the regeneration valve opens at a time of arm crowding. A secondary pressure from a second solenoid proportional valve is fed to a pilot port of the release valve such that release valve opens at a time of arm pushing. An arm pushing pilot pressure for moving the arm control valve is led to a pilot port of the switching valve.

Valve

A valve, which is characterized in that between a neutral position (38) of a control spool (STS) and one of its end positions (34, 42) a regeneration position (36) is provided. In the regeneration position, two utility ports (A, B) are interconnected in a fluid-conveying manner, or a floating position (40) is provided, in which these utility ports (A, B) are interconnected in a fluid-conveying manner. A further valve is characterized in that by a further motion of the control spool (STS) in the same direction, as that, in which a fluid connection is established between the utility ports (A, B) starting from the neutral position (38), this fluid connection is interrupted.

In a hydraulic drive system used for an electrically driven hydraulic work machine that drives a hydraulic pump by an electric motor and supplies a hydraulic fluid to plural actuators to carry out work, the power consumption of the hydraulic pump is kept from exceeding a value decided in advance. For this purpose, a controller calculates target power to be consumed by the hydraulic pump on the basis of the capacity of the hydraulic pump, the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump sensed by a pressure sensor, and a target revolution speed of the electric motor, and limits the target revolution speed of the electric motor in such a manner that the target power falls within a range of the maximum allowable power.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORKING MACHINE

A hydraulic system for a working machine includes hydraulic actuators actuated with hydraulic fluid delivered from a hydraulic pump, and control valves each of which is shiftable among shift positions to control a flowrate of hydraulic fluid flowing to the corresponding hydraulic actuator. Each control valve includes an input port, an output port, and a flowrate reduction section. When the control valve is shifted to a reduction position, the flowrate reduction section reduces a flowrate of the hydraulic fluid entering the input port and outputs the flowrate-reduced hydraulic fluid to the output port. At least one of the control valves includes a flowrate increase section. When the control valve is shifted to an increase position, the flowrate increase section outputs the hydraulic fluid having entered the input port to the output port at a flowrate larger than that of hydraulic fluid output by the flowrate reduction section.
