Locator guide extension

A locator guide extension connected to a locator on a host component by at least one retention barb or like feature. The locator guide extension effectively extends the length of the locator to assists an operator in the initial alignment of the host component part to the assembly. An operator locates apertures in the assembly with the locator guide extension prior to inserting attachment clips of the host component. Once initially aligned, the operator pushes the locator guide extension and locator into the aperture, where the locator provides the final fit/finish location. The attachment clip connects the host component to the final assembly.

A system has a frame with first and second spaced apart edges, a first holder couplable to the fuselage structure and embodied for articulated connection to a first region of the frame that is close to the first edge, a second holder couplable to the fuselage structure, and a strut. A first end of the strut is connectable in an articulated manner to the second holder. A second end of the strut is connectable in an articulated manner to a second region of the frame near the second edge and remote from the first edge. The frame and the strut form a triangular structure with the first and second holders. The strut and the frame form two sides of the triangular structure. A length of the first and/or second side is variable to adjust the position of the frame.

PHOTOVOLTAIC MODULE MOUNTING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A photovoltaic (PV) module mounting system can have mounting clips that can be moved up and down a roof, and can allow the height of the mounting clips to be adjusted relative to the roof. At least a portion of the system can be made of a non-conductive material so that the system can be free of a grounding unit. The system can allow solar modules to be quickly installed, and can allow the solar modules to be removed quickly for repair or in the event of a fire.

Linearly-adjustable clip assembly

A clip assembly is configured to adjustably secure to a first component and a second component. The clip assembly includes a rail member that is configured to connect to the first component, and an attachment member that is configured to connect to the second component. The rail member is linearly adjustable in relation to the attachment member.

Pipe Support Stand Having Saddle, and Method of Use

A pipe support system includes a pipe base, a threaded stud having a head, a saddle supported above the pipe base, and a shoe removably nested along a concave upper surface of the saddle. Methods for installing the pipe support system include determining a height of a joint of pipe above a ground surface; selecting a length of pipe for the pipe base in accordance with the height of the joint of pipe above the ground surface, thereby making a macro-adjustment; and rotating a threaded stud relative to a stud housing in order to make a micro-adjustment to the height of t\he joint of pipe; and placing the joint of pipe onto the shoe, thereby supporting the pipe above the ground surface. A method for replacing the shoe when it becomes worn is also provided by reversing said installation.

QUICK RELEASE STRUCTURE

A quick release structure for bearing a display on a supporting stand is provided. The quick release structure comprises a bearing module and a housing module. The bearing module is disposed on the supporting stand, and comprises a first main board, a second main board, an accommodating space, a plurality of elastic members and an operating button. The elastic members are disposed in an accommodating space. The housing module is disposed on the display and comprises a housing and a plurality of limit columns being disposed on the housing. When the bearing module and the housing module are in an assembling status, the limit columns is penetrated the perforations and engaged with the corresponding elastic members, respectively; when an external force is applied to the operating button, the operating button is configured to deform the elastic members for detaching the limit columns from the elastic members.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a connection system with a projection on a first connector and a cooperating cavity on a second connector to provide push-through connection of the connectors in first and second configurations in which the projection extends to first and second depths respectively within the cavity, wherein one or more of the projection or cavity is movable in two dimensions perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the projection when received in the cavity, wherein the first and second connectors have cooperating locking surfaces arranged to engage each other when the projection is received at the second depth to prevent said movement in two dimensions and wherein the cooperating locking surfaces do not engage each other so as to prevent said movement in two dimensions when the projection is received at the first depth in the receiving cavity.

Lightweight c-ring crossmember and bracket assembly for a vehicle

A bracket assembly for coupling a component to a vehicle including a bracket body including a C-ring retainer that is adapted to translatably engage and retain a T-shaped guide rail coupled to one of a crossmember and floor structure of the vehicle, wherein the bracket body defines a hole or includes an attachment structure adapted to receive and retain the component. The bracket body further includes one or more flanges adapted to secure the bracket body to the crossmember or floor structure of the vehicle via bolting and/or welding. Optionally, the bracket body includes: a front attachment arm; a rear attachment arm; one or more intervening structural reinforcement members; a bottom portion coupled to the attachment arms; and a cap structure coupled to the attachment arms opposite the bottom portion; wherein the bottom portion includes the C-ring retainer and the cap structure defines the hole or includes the attachment structure.

LOCKING POSITIONING PIN

A locking positioning pin assembly comprising a shaft extending between opposing first and second ends, a nut threadably engaged with the shaft and rotatable to thread along the shaft between a closed position relatively closer to the first end of the shaft and an open position relatively closer to the second end of the shaft, a knob having a plunger, the knob rotatable about the shaft to cause rotation of the nut. When the nut is in the open position, the knob is translatable to allow the plunger to move between a disengaged position and an engaged position. When the nut is in the closed position, the plunger is in an engaged position and is prevented from translating relative to the nut and the shaft due to abutment of the knob with one or more features of the nut.
