Apparatuses for locking PV panels to support structures, e.g., support beams. The support beams may be designed and built with corresponding connection elements, e.g., slots and tabs, which may be used to enable locking and unlocking of the PV panels on the support beams. Once in place, a ferromagnetic flap may be put into an engaged position, thereby closing and engaging a panel locking mechanism. The ferromagnetic flap may be lifted by using a magnet. The magnet may be may be embedded in a suction cup device which is designed to lift and maneuver an object with a relatively flat surface, e.g. a glass pane. The suction cup device may, when suction is applied, be attached to glass covering the PV panels, and thus the suction cup device may be used to move the PV panels.

TUBE JOINT STRUCTURE FOR INDUSTRIAL-STYLE FURNITURE RACK
20190360514 · 2019-11-28 ·

A tube joint structure for industrial-style furniture rack includes a tube body. The tube body is assembled by two or more half-configured housings including a first housing and a second housing. The first housing and the second housing are respectively formed by stamping two metal pieces. Two recessed portions are formed on opposite sides of the first housing and the second housing, respectively. The recessed portion of the first housing and the recessed portion of the second housing enclose an accommodating space. The tube body has at least two tube openings communicating with the accommodating space.

Back Deck Automation

Systems and methods of deploying seismic data acquisition units from a marine vessel are disclosed. The system can include a spindle coupled to a tether. A robotic arm can couple the spindle to a tether via one or more tumblers. The tether can connect to a seismic data acquisition unit via a connection block having a mechanical force device. The assembled spindle, tether and seismic data acquisition unit can be deployed from the deck via a deployment block.

Combination walker and cane

A combination walker and cane includes a pair of inverted, U-shaped frame members, each having a horizontal handlebar with a front leg and a rear leg depending therefrom. One of the rear legs is detachable from the remainder of the corresponding frame member to form a walking cane, if desired. Accordingly, a user can operate the walker in a conventional fashion, or detach the rear leg to form a walking cane.

Brackets for Temporary Support of a Rail Between Upright Posts During Construction of a Fence or the Like
20190316378 · 2019-10-17 ·

For temporarily supporting a rail during installation between a pair of upright posts, a bracket features an inner face for placement against a lateral side of the first post, and an outer face lying opposite the inner face. An upright bracing flange projects inwardly from the inner face of the bracket at an upright edge thereof to embrace a corner of the first post in squared relation thereto. A seat extends perpendicularly away from the bracing flange to receive an underside of the rail and place an end of the rail closely adjacent the lateral side of the first post. An upright shoulder is situated above the seat in perpendicular relation thereto and parallel relation to the bracing flange to receiving a face of the rail. Seating and abutting the rail with the seat and the upright shoulder of the bracket thus squares the rail with the post.

WIRE FRAME PET PERCH
20190274278 · 2019-09-12 ·

A pet perch comprising of a rectangular wire frame and wire wall brace with brace clips that firmly attaches the frame to the wall brace. The assembly can be attached to window sills (single hung and double hung design) using sill clips or to windows without sills (casement design) using sill clips eliminating the necessity for attachment by screws, hook and loop fasteners and suction cups. The assembly can be moved from window to window since the sill clips are easily movable

Modular Support System and Clamp

A rooftop support system can include a base to support the rooftop support structure on a rooftop, and a post secured to and extending upwardly from the base. The rooftop support system can further include a clamp secured to the post to be supported by the post relative to the base. The clamp can include a first wall, a second wall extending from the first wall, and a third wall extending from the second wall, so that the first, second, and third walls at least partly define an interior volume of the clamp. A tab can extend from the third wall at least partly toward the first wall to further define the interior volume.

Mounting fixture of a connection fixture
