Pipe connection tool and pipe connection method
One cylindrical pipe is inserted into the hollow cylindrical portions of first and second holders made of hard plastic, and the other cylindrical pipe is inserted into the hollow semi-cylindrical portions. The first and second pipe holders are butted together at butt surfaces, respectively. The cylindrical pipe inserted into the butted hollow cylindrical portions is held in the hollow cylindrical portions using a clamping tool, and the cylindrical pipe inserted into a cylindrical portion that becomes hollow cylindrical by butting is held in the hollow semi-cylindrical portions using the clamping tool.
RAPID CLAMPING SYSTEMS FOR SOLAR TRACKERS
A coupling system for use with a solar tracker includes a support rail defining a channel for receipt of a solar module therein, the support rail including an aperture defined therein that is in open communication with the channel and a clamp assembly selectively coupled to the support rail, a first portion of the clamp assembly configured to receive a portion of a torque tube therein and a second portion of the clamp assembly configured to selectively extend through the aperture of the support rail when the clamp assembly is transitioned from a first, unlocked position, to a second, locked position.
FASTENER
A fastener comprises a body part, fastening means for fixing the fastener to a first object, a mounting part for mounting a second object to the fastener, and connecting means connecting the body part and the mounting part. The mounting part is rotatable and pivotable relative to the body part so as to assume a predetermined orientation relative to the body part, and the body part is retractable from the mounting part. The fastener is adjustable between at least two operational states, a first operational state, in which the body part and the mounting part are adjacent to each other, or a second operational state, in which the body part is retracted from the mounting part so that the body part and the mounting part are spaced apart from each other. In the first operational state, the predetermined orientation of the mounting part relative to the body part is fixed, and in the second operational state, the predetermined orientation of the mounting part relative to the body part is adjustable by rotating and/or pivoting the mounting part.
BASE FOR VERTICAL POSTS
A post base device and system is provided. The post base device includes a first support base, a second support base, and one or more post brackets. The post brackets may include legs which attach to one of the first support base or the second support base. The post bracket may further include an opening which receives a post.
ROTARY JOINT OF TELESCOPIC ROD BEARING HIGH LOAD
The present invention provides a rotary joint of a telescopic rod for connecting a bottom pipe and a support pipe, which comprises a base, a support base and a screwing member. The base comprises a first clamp for clamping the bottom pipe and a first pivot plate, and the first pivot plate comprises a guide groove. The support base comprises a second clamp for clamping the support pipe and a second pivot plate, wherein the second pivot plate comprises a through hole, the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate are pivoted together at a pivot point, and when the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate rotate relatively, the through hole is kept to align to the guide groove. The screwing member penetrates through the through hole and the guide groove to clamp and fix the first pivot plate and the second pivot plate.
ADAPTOR FOR SPRING-BASED PV MODULE FASTENER
Mounting systems for solar panel assemblies and related methods are generally describes. In some embodiments, a clamp adapter may be used to mount a conventional panel support structure of a solar panel assembly to a conventional bracket of a base assembly without the use of bolts in at least some embodiments. The clamp adapter may include a rail slot for receiving the structure, a lower flange for receiving a lower surface of a mounting lip of the bracket, and a lateral flange for receiving an upper surface of the mounting lip. The lower flange may be angled to accommodate a variety of mounting lip angles. In some embodiments, the mounting system may also include a connector configured to mechanically connect the bracket and structure.
Truss, joist and strut channel mounted support system
A hanger support for use in association with a strut channel or with truss or joists formed from pairs of angle irons includes a stem and arms extending outward from the stem with a hole extending through the stem to receive a threaded rod or bolt. The hanger support is sized to pass lengthwise through the gap between pairs of angle irons of the truss and then rotated ninety degrees so that the arms are supported on the angle irons with the threaded rod or bolt extending through the gap and below the angle irons to support a hanger. The stem is also sized to fit in the space between shoulders of a strut channel. A second embodiment includes a lip depending from one of the arms to form a groove between the lip and stem with a set screw secured within a threaded bore in the lip.
ANCHOR BOLT ASSEMBLY AND CEILING FINISHING PANEL FIXING APPARATUS COMPRISING SAME
An anchor bolt assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes an anchor body provided with a plurality of pointed protrusions on an upper surface thereof, an anchor shell provided with open upper and lower sides thereof, extrapolated to a lower side of the anchor body, provided with a first incised part having a “Y” shape at an equal interval along a circumference of the anchor shell, and provided with a second incised part having a “v” shape at an equal interval along a longitudinal direction of the first incised part, a tightening member screwed to the anchor body through a screw thread provided on an inner circumferential surface of the tightening member, and provided with a processing part for increasing frictional force along an upper circumference of the tightening member.
Reversible bracket
A bracket defines a channel having narrow and wide channel portions. The narrow channel portion is sized to receive a cross member and prevent rotation of the bracket about the cross member. The wide channel portion is sized to receive the cross member and permit rotation of the bracket about the cross member.
Retaining system for joints
A retaining system for joints without utilising welds, screws or any other additional element or accessory, consisting in the making of a closing or locking mechanism, by means of a tab-slot configuration, using only the structure proper of the sections which are the object of the jointing, according to a first section (A) on which the cutting or machining that gives rise to the tabs and an embedment gap is made and a second section (B) that houses the slots and has to fit in the said embedment gap of section (A). Finally, the system is supplemented with the addition of tools that make it possible to release the system, thus making the joint demountable.
