SOLAR TRACKER BUSHING ASSEMBLY
20220149773 · 2022-05-12 ·

An improved bushing assembly for a solar tracker is provided. The bushing assembly includes a bushing that is seated within a ring-shaped bracket. The bushing includes an annular ridge that is disposed within an annular channel in the bracket. Alternatively, the bracket includes an annular ridge that is disposed within an annular channel in the bushing. In each configuration, the bushing is retained in position during installation of the bracket. The bushing defines an internal passage for a solar tracker crossbar and provides complete rotational freedom for the crossbar about its lengthwise axis and limited rotational freedom for the crossbar about the remaining orthogonal axes. Additional features including side skirts for minimizing the entry of debris between the bushing and the bracket, a resilient latch for securing bracket sections together, and vertical openings in the bracket sections to allow debris to escape.

WASTEGATE ACTUATOR MECHANISM OF A WASTEGATE SYSTEM OF A TURBOCHARGER

The invention relates to a wastegate actuator mechanism comprising an elongated link plate and a pin which are rotatable relative to each other. The wastegate actuator mechanism further comprises a sliding assembly including a bushing fixedly connected to the link plate and a sleeve fixedly connected to the pin. Assembly of the wastegate actuator mechanism involves pressing the bushing into the eye of the link plate and allowing material of the link plate to deform and to be received in recessed portions of the bushing in the process and/or arranging the sleeve on the pin and allowing material of the pin to deform and to be received in recessed portions of the sleeve in a process of forming an end section of enlarged diameter on the pin.

A piston actuated drilling tool includes a housing, a top sub, a piston and a drive sub. The piston has a nose at its forward end that is slidably mounted for reciprocating movement within the housing and which strikes a mandrel located at the forward end of the housing. An integrated retaining and bushing system has a retaining ring arranged for preventing the mandrel from detaching from the rest of the tool. The retaining ring encases a bushing for co-operation with the piston nose to stabilise and guide the piston and provide a timing event for percussion of the tool.

Sliding bearing

Provided is a sliding bearing capable of reducing the number of components and reducing costs. This sliding bearing (1) is provided with; an upper case (2); a lower case (3) combined with the upper case (2); and an annular dust seal-integrated center plate (8) that has a dust seal part (6) for covering a gap between the upper case (2) and the lower case (3), is disposed between the upper case (2) and the lower case (3), and enables relative rotation between the upper case (2) and the lower case (3). The dust seal-integrated center plate (8) is integrally formed with the lower case (3).

Bushing collar assembly

A bushing collar assembly on a vehicle includes a subframe formed of a first material and a bushing collar formed of a second material. The subframe has an engagement face. The bushing collar has a sleeve shaped main body defining axial end faces. At least one of the axial end faces has a plurality of spaced apart nubs disposed thereon that are configured to deform and fully embed into the engagement face of the subframe upon application of a predetermined compressive force.

A bushing assembly comprises a flanged bushing including a flange portion including a flange anti-rotation feature, and a shaft portion with an outer cylindrical surface extending from the flange portion, terminating at a free end, the outer cylindrical surface including external threads disposed proximate the free end, and a retaining ring including an annular configuration defining an inner cylindrical surface defining internal threads complimentarily shaped to mate with the external threads of the outer cylindrical surface.

Bearing arrangement

The present disclosure relates to a bearing arrangement having a bearing bush and a rubber/solid bearing which is inserted into the bearing bush with an outer sleeve and an elastomer material which is arranged therein. The bearing bush has inwardly pointing projections, and depressions are configured in the outer sleeve, into which depressions the projections engage.

A balance shaft includes an unbalanced shaft (3) comprising a bearing journal (8, 9), the periphery of which is merely partially cylindrical. The cylindrical partial periphery (10) of the bearing journal is oriented toward the shaft imbalance. The balance shaft also includes a needle roller cage assembly (15); and a bearing ring (13), which extends around the bearing journal, lies against the cylindrical partial periphery and forms the inner raceway of the needle roller cage assembly. The cage (27) of the needle roller cage assembly is designed to run on the end faces of the bearing ring axially on both sides by means of radially inwardly extending projections.
