Rolling-element bearing
A rolling bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and a plurality of cage segments separating circumferentially adjacent ones of the plurality of rolling elements. Each of the cage segments has an axial bridge portion and side plates at axially opposite ends of the bridge portion, each of the side plates having a convex end and a concave end circumferentially spaced from the convex end. The convex end of a first one of the side plates contacts the concave end of a second one of the side plates.
MECHANICAL ROLLER BEARING
A mechanical roller bearing comprising two bearing races each having a rolling track, rolling elements arranged between the races, the rolling elements being able to roll against a portion of the rolling tracks, the rolling elements being made of a defined material, wherein it includes a plurality of intermediate blocks arranged between the races, the intermediate blocks being made of a material having a greater stiffness than the stiffness of the material of the rolling elements in directions normal to the rolling tracks, and, when the bearing is subjected to loading below a threshold load, the intermediate blocks have a smaller dimension than the rolling elements in directions normal to the rolling tracks, the races having a greater stiffness than the rolling elements.
ROLLER BEARING CAGE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A ROLLER BEARING CAGE
A rolling-element bearing cage includes a first side ring and a second side ring connected to the first side ring by a plurality of bridges defining a plurality of pockets configured to receive a rolling-element. The first side ring includes a joint at which the first side ring is configured to be opened to increase a diameter of the first side ring, and the first side ring and the second side ring and the plurality of bridges are made of steel and an outer diameter of the second side ring is greater than 500 mm.
ROLLING BEARING
The present invention relates to a rolling bearing, preferably a centreless large roller bearing, comprising two concentric bearing rings which can rotate relative to one another, at least one row of rolling elements which support the bearing rings against one another and roll on raceways of the bearing rings, and a cage with separators between the rolling elements for separating and guiding the rolling elements, the separators being positioned eccentrically offset relative to one of the raceways with respect to a bearing clearance central axis along which the rolling elements are arranged in such a way that their axes of rotation are distributed relative to one another.
Bearing cage
A bearing cage for large rolling-element bearings includes a first side part and a second side part and a plurality of bridge elements connecting the first and second side parts to form a plurality of cage pockets each configured to receive a rolling element. The at least one bridge element and/or the first side part and/or the second side part includes at least one opening, and an insert element is mounted in each of the at least one opening and configured to contact the rolling element.
