Roller-type linear guide with oil storage function and oil storage accessory thereof
A roller-type linear guide with an oil storage function and an oil storage accessory thereof are disclosed. The roller-type linear guide includes a rail, a slider unit, a plurality of rollers, and an oil storage member. The slider unit is mounted on the rail to form a circulation passage. The rollers are disposed in the circulation passage to drive the slider unit to reciprocate on the rail. The rollers each have a rolling surface. A non-load passage of the circulation passage has two first inner surfaces facing the rolling surface. The oil storage member is disposed in a concave portion of the first inner surfaces, thereby lubricating the rollers running in the non-load passage. The oil storage accessory is disposed in a through hole of the slider rigid body to form the non-load passage.
Mechanical component, mechanism module, movement, and timepiece
A mechanical component, a mechanism module, a movement, and a timepiece superior in lubricating oil retaining performance are to be provided. A mechanical component includes: a first component having a first surface region; a second component having a second surface region on which the first surface region can slide; and an oil retaining film formed on at least one of the first surface region and the second surface region and more lipophilic than the region.
BALL BEARING
A ball bearing is provided which includes a cage circular annular portion and a seal member. The cage circular annular portion has a cage-side sliding contact surface axially opposed to the seal member and configured to come into sliding contact with the seal member. The seal member has a seal-side sliding contact surface configured to come into sliding contact with the cage-side sliding contact surface. A plurality of axial protrusions each having an axially convex circular arc shape in cross sections along a circumferential direction are formed on one of the cage-side sliding contact surface and the seal-side sliding contact surface at constant pitches in the circumferential direction.
Self-cooled and-or self lubricated electric motor bearing systems
The preferred embodiments of the present invention provide two advantageous features, which are especially beneficial in combination, but which can be advantageously and beneficially employed independently of one another: (1) firstly, a self-cooling motor bearing system; and (2) secondly, a self-lubricating motor bearing system. In the preferred embodiments, one or both of these two advantageous features are integrated inside an electric motor (e.g., within the electric motor's enclosure housing) in such a manner as to greatly enhance bearing operating conditions (e.g., maintaining adequate bearing lubrication and/or bearing operating temperature) without the use of external lubrication units and/or external cooling units.
Deep groove ball bearing
A deep groove ball bearing providing an inner ring, an outer ring and a plurality of balls being arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring. The inner ring and the outer ring each include a raceway for the plurality of balls. Each raceway encompasses the plurality of balls symmetrically. The deep groove ball bearing is lubricated by a lubricant being arranged on each axial side of the plurality of balls. The raceways are offset in the same axial direction from the axial center of the inner ring and the outer ring such that the raceways are offset to the axial side of the deep groove ball bearing where the shear rate acting on the lubricant is higher than on the other axial side of the deep groove ball bearing.
Ball bearing
A ball bearing includes an inner ring having a raceway surface, an outer ring having a raceway surface, a plurality of rolling elements rollably disposed between the raceway surface of the inner ring and the raceway surfaces of the outer ring, and a resin cage configured to retain the plurality of rolling elements between the inner ring and the outer ring. The cage is a crown type cage having an annular base portion and a plurality of pockets formed in .[.an axial end face of.]. the annular base portion, in which the pockets retain the rolling elements. An axial distance between an axial position of a center of gravity of the cage and a curvature center of a spherical or cylindrical inner surface of each of the pockets is 0.6 or more times a radius of curvature of the inner surface. .[.A hybrid vehicle transmission has this ball bearing..].
Rolling bearing for refrigerant compressor
A rolling bearing having an inner raceway and an outer raceway and a plurality of rolling elements arranged therebetween. The rolling bearing is media-lubricated or oil-free lubricated. The lubricant forms an elasto-hydrodynamic lubricant film between the rolling elements and the raceways. At first use of the rolling bearing, at least one surface of the rolling bearing is coated with a protective fluid, preferably an oil-based preservative fluid. Also, a refrigerant compressor having such a rolling bearing.
OIL FEED NUT AND OIL RESERVOIR FOR A VACUUM PUMP
Oil feed nut for providing a lubricant to a bearing of a vacuum pump comprising a first end and an opposite second end and being configured to be connected to a shaft of the vacuum pump. Further, the oil feed nut comprising an oil feeding element extending between the first end and the second end, wherein the oil feeding element has an increasing diameter towards the second end to create an increasing rotational force acting on the lubricant in order to convey the lubricant towards the second end, and a bearing journal element having a cylindrical surface configured to be received in a back-up bearing of the vacuum pump. Therein, the back-up bearing is arranged in a cartridge of an oil reservoir.
Wear sensors for monitoring seal wear in bearing arrangements
A sensor assembly includes a wear sensor and a seal member. The wear sensor has an encapsulation body with a wear face, a sacrificial conductor embedded within the encapsulation body and spaced apart from the wear face, and a monitoring lead extending into the encapsulation body and connected to the sacrificial conductor. The wear sensor is fixed relative to the seal member and the encapsulation body has a wear coefficient that is greater than a wear coefficient of the seal member. Bearing arrangements and methods of monitoring seal wear in bearing arrangements are also described.
Fluid injection device, and mechanical system equipped with such a device
A device for injecting a fluid into a mechanical system that may undergo heating, comprising at least one body containing a thermally triggered charge generating combustion gas, ignition of the charge being able to be triggered under the action of an ignition command and/or under the effect of a heat contribution, from a heating area of the body toward the charge, a reservoir containing the fluid, means for fastening the device to the mechanical system, the fastening means adapted to put the reservoir in fluid communication with the mechanical system, and means for delivering pressurized fluid outside the reservoir through the action, directly or through intermediate means, of the combustion gases. Within the device, the fastening means comprise at least one injection sleeve provided with an outer thread coated with an anti-loosening adhesive film. The invention also relates to a mechanical system equipped with at least one such device.
