A joint for the angularly adjustable drive-connection of a cylinder block and a driveshaft of a hydrostatic bent axis piston unit. The joint has a shank which is rotatable about its longitudinal axis defining a joint axis, on both ends of the shank roller carriers project radially and basically perpendicular to the joint axis. On each roller carrier a roller is provided rotatable around a roller axis. The rollers are secured in axial direction against slipping-off of the roller carriers by means of an embossed area located axially outside of the roller on the respective distal end portion of the roller carrier.

The wide-angle constant velocity joint (100) includes: a central core (101) forming respective inner yokes (24, 25) for connection and in which there is housed a guide disc (11); and outer yokes (103, 105). The central core (101) forms a lubricant reservoir (1) in communication with an annular seat (7) in which the guide disc (11) is slidingly received.

UNIVERSAL JOINT ASSEMBLY

A surgical tool including a socket having a housing and an aperture within the housing, the socket configured to receive a ball and a pin at least partially in the aperture. The ball is positioned at least partially in the socket and configured to rotate within the socket, the ball comprising an elongated opening extending through the ball. The pin is coupled to the socket and disposed at least partially in the socket on opposite sides of the socket, the pin including a first longitudinal axis and extending through the elongated opening of the ball between opposite sides of the socket. The ball is configured to partially rotate about the first longitudinal axis of the pin, and partially rotate, about a second axis perpendicular to the first longitudinal axis of the pin, in a plane aligned with the elongated opening.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING AN IMBALANCE IN A SHAFT
20210364060 · 2021-11-25 ·

An apparatus for correcting an imbalance in a rotating shaft along with a method for correcting the imbalance in a rotating shaft is identified. The apparatus includes a joint assembly having a first joint member that is drivingly connected to a second joint member by one or more third joint members. At least a portion of a first shaft may be drivingly connected to at least a portion of the first joint member and at least a portion of a second shaft may be drivingly connected to at least a portion of a second end portion of the second join member. A boot can may be connected to at least a portion of a first end portion of the second joint member. One or more balancing elements may then be connected to at least a portion of the boot can and/or the second joint member of the joint assembly.

Constant velocity joint

An inner member of a constant velocity joint includes holding portions that hold roller assemblies. Each of the holding portions includes a first orthogonal part and a second orthogonal part brought into contact with an inner roller of the roller assembly. When first and second transmission shafts are coaxially disposed, top parts of the first and second orthogonal parts are brought into contact with the inner circumferential wall of the inner roller. The first and second orthogonal parts are each sectioned into a first curved surface extending from the proximal end of the holding portion to the top part and a second curved surface extending from the top part to the distal end of the holding portion. The curvature radius of the second curved surfaces is larger than the curvature radius of the first curved surfaces.

THREE BALL PIN-TYPE COUPLING AND STEERING MECHANISM

A three ball pin-type coupling, having a first connector and a second connector which are non-rotatably connected. The first connector includes a three shaft pin assembly, raceway assemblies and a cage assembly. The three shaft pin assembly includes a shaft and three ball rings which surround the shaft and are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the shaft. There are three raceway assemblies. Each ball ring is connected to a raceway assembly. The cage assembly defines the position of the raceway assemblies in the circumferential direction. The raceway assemblies can provide elastic force between the ball ring and the cage assembly. When the ball ring displaces relative to the cage assembly in the circumferential direction, the two sides of the raceway assemblies in the circumferential direction remain abutted against the cage assembly. A steering mechanism is also provided.

Method for manufacturing a trunnion for a constant velocity joint, a trunnion manufactured thereby, and a heat treatment device of the trunnion

A method for manufacturing a trunnion for a constant velocity joint, the trunnion having a plurality of journal units provided outside around a hub unit, the method including a first step of manufacturing the trunnion, a second step of thermally treating a rounded outer circumferential surface of the journal unit, and a third step of thermally treating a connection unit disposed between the journal unit and the hub unit and having a diameter smaller than that of the journal unit.

Tripod constant-velocity joint

A tripod constant-velocity joint including: an inner ring; three trunnions protruding from the inner ring; three roller units supported by the trunnions; and an outer ring storing the roller units. Each roller unit includes: an inner roller that is in contact with a convex outer-circumferential surface of the corresponding trunnion at a tangent point; an outer roller supported by the inner roller through rolling elements that are interposed between the inner and outer rollers; and a limiting portion protruding from the outer roller, so as to limit movements of the rolling elements and the inner roller. A clearance between the inner roller and the limiting portion is smaller than an axial length of a crowned end portion of each rolling element, and is larger than a stroke distance of reciprocating movement of the tangent point when a joint angle of the tripod constant-velocity joint is a predetermined value.
