FREEWHEEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A FREEWHEEL
The present invention relates to a freewheel (2) comprising an inner ring (30), an outer ring (28), a clamping gap (32) between the inner ring (30) and the outer ring (28), a side wall (40) for lateral limitation of the clamping gap (32) and at least one clamping element (34) in the clamping gap (32) which is biased by means of a spring element (66), wherein the spring element (66) is supported or supportable on one side on the clamping element (34) and on the other side on a support projection (70), which is formed by a supporting tongue (74) bent out of the side wall (40) and projecting into the clamping gap (32). In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing such a freewheel (2).

The present invention has disclosed a clutch, a motor device, a curtain control device and a curtain. The clutch comprises a drive force outputting part, a transmission part, sleeved between the drive force outputting part, and a clutch piece mounting position is provided on the transmission part; a drive force receiving part with a driving force transmitting part, arranged on the side of the transmission part away from the driving force receiving part; a clutch control part, disposed on one side of the driving force receiving part, comprising a combination piece, disposed on the drive force receiving part; a separation accommodation zone, arranged between two combination surfaces; a clutch piece, arranged on the clutch piece mounting position. The embodiments of the present invention effectively solve the problems resulting from use of magnetic separation in realizing engaging and disengaging functions of an existing clutch.
TORQUE LIMITING DEVICE
A torque limiting device comprises an input shaft, an output shaft and a machined torsion spring having a first end and a second end. The first end and the second end of the torsion spring are coupled to the both the input shaft and the output shaft, whereby torque is transmitted between the input shaft and output shaft via the torsion spring. The couplings between the torsion spring and the input shaft and the output shaft permit limited relative rotation between the input shaft and the output shaft. The device further comprises a jamming mechanism operable in response to relative rotation between the input shaft and output shaft to stop rotation of both the input shaft and the output shaft.
JOINT STRUCTURE AND WIND POWER GENERATION DEVICE
A joint structure includes a clutch unit interposed between a shaft joint and a shaft body which is one of an output shaft of a speed increaser and an input shaft of a power generator. The clutch unit includes: a shaft coupling portion rotating integrally with the shaft body; a joint coupling portion rotating integrally with the shaft joint; and a one-way clutch provided between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion. The one-way clutch makes a connection integrally rotatably between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion in a state in which a rotation speed of the output shaft is higher than that of the input shaft, and releases the connection between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion in a state in which the rotation speed of the output shaft is lower than that of the input shaft.
JOINT STRUCTURE AND WIND POWER GENERATION DEVICE
A joint structure includes a clutch unit interposed between a shaft joint and a shaft body which is one of an output shaft of a speed increaser and an input shaft of a power generator. The clutch unit includes: a shaft coupling portion rotating integrally with the shaft body; a joint coupling portion rotating integrally with the shaft joint; and a one-way clutch provided between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion. The one-way clutch makes a connection integrally rotatably between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion in a state in which a rotation speed of the output shaft is higher than that of the input shaft, and releases the connection between the shaft coupling portion and the joint coupling portion in a state in which the rotation speed of the output shaft is lower than that of the input shaft.

A roller clutch includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a roller, a first spring member, a retainer, and a protrusion portion. The roller is disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring and is movable between a transmitting position and a non-transmitting position. The retainer has a roller holding space holding the roller and a support section supporting the first spring member. The protrusion portion is configured to regulate the movement of the roller, and resist the biasing force of the first spring member at a predetermined position.

A roller clutch includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a roller, a first spring member, a retainer, and a protrusion portion. The roller is disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring and is movable between a transmitting position and a non-transmitting position. TRANSMISSION ONE-WAY CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
A one-way clutch assembly for a transmission includes a housing and a bearing support plate. The housing has an outer circumferential portion with an undulating spline profile, an inner circumferential portion, and a radial portion connecting the outer and inner circumferential portions. The bearing support plate is fixed to the housing radial portion. In an example embodiment, the inner circumferential portion includes an outer surface including a spline for engaging a transmission component. In an example embodiment, the bearing support plate includes integral rivet posts for fixing to the radial portion.
TRANSMISSION ONE-WAY CLUTCH ASSEMBLY
A one-way clutch assembly for a transmission includes a housing and a bearing support plate. The housing has an outer circumferential portion with an undulating spline profile, an inner circumferential portion, and a radial portion connecting the outer and inner circumferential portions. The bearing support plate is fixed to the housing radial portion. In an example embodiment, the inner circumferential portion includes an outer surface including a spline for engaging a transmission component. In an example embodiment, the bearing support plate includes integral rivet posts for fixing to the radial portion.
DEVICE FOR CHANGING A COMPRESSION RATIO OF A CYLINDER UNIT OF A RECIPROCATING PISTON COMBUSTION ENGINE
A device for changing a compression ratio of a cylinder unit of a reciprocating piston combustion engine is provided. An eccentric bushing is rotatably arranged in a receiving bore hole of a bearing eye of a connecting rod (“conrod”). The conrod bearing eye is formed by a conrod upper part and a conrod lower part, and which surrounds a crankpin of a crankshaft. In addition, the eccentric bushing is rotatably guided in the receiving bore hole and can be locked preferably in two positions which are offset from one another by approximately 180° in the circumferential direction of the eccentric bushing. In order to achieve a targeted rotation of the eccentric bushing in the bore hole of the conrod bearing eye between the locking positions, a freewheel is arranged between an outer casing surface of the eccentric bushing and the receiving bore hole of the conrod bearing eye.
