Brake disc for a vehicle disc brake
The present disclosure relates to a brake disc for a vehicle disc brake. The brake disc has a brake disc body, with a friction ring on which friction surfaces are formed, and a brake disc pot that is designed for fastening the brake disc to a vehicle axle. The brake disc pot is connected to the brake disc body in a connecting area via at least one connecting element, and at least one reinforcing ring in the connecting area is mounted on the brake disc in a force-fit manner.
Hybrid torque bar
A hybrid torque bar for a brake assembly may comprise a base portion, a pin extending from a first end of the base portion, and a rail extending between the first end of the base portion and a second end of the base portion opposite the first end. The base portion may be formed using a first manufacturing process. At least one of the pin or the rail may formed using a second manufacturing process. The second manufacturing process may comprise an additive manufacturing technique.
Tone ring and attachment structure
A tone ring attachment for a disc brake rotor. The disc brake rotor has a disc portion that includes a plurality of circumferentially-spaced lugs. Each one of the lugs has a groove. A discrete tone ring body has a plurality of bosses. Each one of the bosses is receivable in a respective one of the grooves in the lugs. A dart projection extends from at least one of the bosses. The dart projection engages a respective one of the lugs to inhibit relative axial movement and relative rotational movement in at least one direction between the tone ring and the disc brake rotor. A tab is formed on at least one of the bosses. The tab is engageable with a portion of the lug to inhibit relative rotational movement in a second direction opposite the first direction between the tone ring and disc brake rotor.
MULTI-PART BRAKE DRUM
A brake drum for utility vehicles configured to mount rotatably about an axis of rotation and including a friction section and a connection section, wherein the friction section includes a friction surface and a plurality of transmission structures, wherein the connection section comprises at least one mounting surface and a plurality of transfer structures, wherein the transfer structures engage positively and/or nonpositively in the respective complementary transmission structures so that a torque about the axis of rotation can be transmitted positively, and wherein the mounting surface serves to fix the brake drum indirectly or directly to a hub.
Segmented wear liner
A friction disk may comprise a friction disk core and a wear liner coupled to the friction disk core. A depression may be formed in a surface of the friction disk core. The wear liner may comprise a protrusion extending from a non-wear surface of the wear liner. The protrusion may be positioned within the depression of the friction disk core.
BRAKE DISC ARRANGEMENT FOR A VEHICLE
The brake disc arrangement (10) comprises a brake disc (20) which extends annularly about an axially extending central axis and defines an inwardly facing circumference comprising a splined portion for transferring torques between the brake disc (20) and a corresponding hub, when the brake disc arrangement (10) is mounted to the hub. The brake disc arrangement further comprises a spring assembly (30) adapted to be axially connected to the corresponding hub. The inwardly facing circumference of the brake disc (20) comprises one or more cavities (24), each cavity (24) being defined by axially opposing lateral walls (26). The spring assembly (30) is partially contained in said one or more cavities (24), such that a portion of the spring assembly (30) may abut each one out of the axially opposing lateral walls (26).
Bicycle magnetism generation device and disc brake adapter
A bicycle magnetism generation device and a disc brake adapter are configured to allow a rotation state of a bicycle wheel to be detected in a suitable manner. The bicycle magnetism generation device includes a magnetism generator generating magnetism. In a state where the disc brake rotor is coupled to a hub of a bicycle, the bicycle magnetism generation device is at least partially arrangeable between the disc brake rotor and the hub.
Brake rotor and tone ring assembly
A wheel end assembly includes a brake rotor that is rotatable about an axis and a tone ring that is secured to the brake rotor. The brake rotor includes a protrusion that extends into a brake rotor opening. The tone ring includes a recess that receives the protrusion to restrict rotational movement of the tone ring with respect to the brake rotor.

A part of the rotational member other than the drive force transmitting part is made of a clad material containing a first material that is easily joined to the ferrous metal and a second material that is less easily joined to the ferrous metal compared to the first material and weighs less than the ferrous metal.
