The power adjuster includes a lead screw (22) fixedly secured to the upper track, a drive assembly (32) operatively coupled to the upper track and selectively coupled to the lead screw, a driven assembly (34) operatively coupled to the lead screw and selectively coupled to the drive assembly, and a release mechanism (36) coupled to the upper track. The release mechanism is operable between a locked condition coupling the driven assembly to the drive assembly and the upper track wherein the driven assembly and the drive assembly move longitudinally along the lead screw with the upper track relative to the lower track and an unlocked condition wherein the driven assembly is decoupled from the upper track and retained along the lead screw during movement of the upper track relative to the lower track.

Multi-frequency antenna transmission

The multi-frequency antenna transmission, including a drive gear, a gear train with parallel gear shafts, screw assemblies and a shifter. The transmission gears are connected to the stoppers of the screw assemblies one by one, the drive gear drives the various transmission gears to rotate, and all the stoppers rotate. The shifter pushes the stopper of one of the screw assemblies, such that the first elastic member disposed between the connection member and the stopper is compressed, and the connection member is connected to corresponding lead screw, thus the power of the stopper is transmitted to corresponding lead screw through the compressed first elastic member and the connection member, and drives the lead screw to rotate.

Elevator emergency brake with shoes

In one embodiment, a braking apparatus includes a pair of brake shoes, a cam follower connected to at least one of the shoes, a compressible spring connected to the cam follower, and an actuation assembly including a motor, a ball screw and an electromagnetic clutch. The braking apparatus is operative to transition from a brake applied position where the brake shoes are closed and a brake release position where the brake shoes are separated. When the braking apparatus is in the brake release position, a brake application may be commenced to close the shoes by power no longer being supplied to the electromagnetic clutch. Additionally, when the braking apparatus is undergoing a brake release cycle to separate the brake shoes, the brake application cycle may also be commenced prior to completion of the brake release cycle when power is no longer supplied to the electromagnetic clutch and the motor.

The extensible member is driven by a lead screw, which is rotated by the motor via the toothed clutch to translate the extensible member. The toothed clutch includes a coupling disk and a coupling lever. The coupling disk is rotationally fixed to the lead screw, and the coupling lever is rotationally fixed to a drive gear driven by the motor. An axial load applied to the extensible member toward the toothed clutch causes rotation of the lead screw and coupling disk when the load exceeds a clutch disengagement threshold. The clutch will reengage after further relative rotation of the coupling disk and the coupling lever, which may occur in response to rotation of the lead screw or rotation of the coupling lever caused by actuation of the motor.

Multi-RET actuators include a plurality of shafts that have respective axially-drivable members mounted thereon. Each of axially-drivable member is mechanically linked to a respective one of a plurality of phase shifters. The multi-RET actuator further includes a motor having a drive shaft and a gear system that is configured to selectively couple the motor to the respective shafts. The gear system is configured so that rotation of the drive shaft in a first direction creates a mechanical linkage between the motor and a first of the shafts, and rotation of the drive shaft in a second direction that is opposite the first direction rotates the first of the shafts.
