POWER TRANSMISSION UNIT
[Problem] A power transmission unit that improves quietness of a gear mechanism and prevents a size of the unit from increasing when a brake rotor is installed around an input shaft of the gear mechanism.
[Solution] The power transmission unit includes an electric driving motor with a motor shaft, a gear mechanism, and an output shaft, which are accommodated in a transmission housing, wherein the power of the motor shaft is transmitted to the output shaft via the gear mechanism. The gear mechanism has a gear shaft rotatably supported on the transmission housing and a first helical gear provided on the gear shaft. The power transmission unit further includes a connecting member provided with a tubular portion fitted to the motor shaft and the gear shaft so as to allow the motor shaft and the gear shaft to synchronously rotate. The connecting member is integrally provided with a brake rotor on the outer periphery thereof.
TRAVELING TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR TRACTOR
A front wheel clutch and a front wheel acceleration clutch are supported to a front wheel transmission shaft. Between the front wheel clutch and the front wheel acceleration clutch, there is provided a holder supporting the front wheel transmission shaft. A first operational oil passage for switching over the front wheel clutch is defined respectively in and between the holder and the front wheel transmission shaft. A second operational oil passage for switching over the front wheel acceleration clutch is defined respectively in and between the holder and the front wheel transmission shaft.
ONE-PIECE PORTAL WHEEL END MOUNTING SYSTEM
A mounting system for a portal lift assembly of an off-road vehicle includes a housing having a rear wall, a front wall, and a side wall. The rear wall includes an opening to receive the end of one of the vehicle's axles, and the front wall includes an opening to allow an output shaft to extend outward from the housing. The rear wall also includes an integral mounting brackets effective to mount the box to an upper A-arm to the rear wall, and a lower A-arm to the rear wall.
Liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift and forklift
A liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift includes an integrated transmission gearbox, an integrated motor controller, a drive motor, an oil pump motor, an oil pump and a vehicle controller. The integrated transmission gearbox includes a drive motor transmission mechanism and an oil pump motor transmission mechanism. The integrated motor controller includes a drive motor control unit and an oil pump motor control unit. The integrated transmission gearbox, the integrated motor controller, the drive motor, the oil pump motor, the oil pump and the vehicle controller are completely integrated and mounted to form the liquid-cooled integrative power system for electric forklift.
Utility vehicle having continuously variable transmission
A utility vehicle has a CVT, an engine providing power to the CVT, a CVT case accommodating the CVT, front and rear wheels supporting the vehicle body frame on the ground surface and an exterior side panel supported to the vehicle body frame. The exterior side panel includes an inner wall located inside a vehicle cabin and an outer wall located outside the vehicle cabin. An intake chamber is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall of the exterior side panel. An intake opening portion is provided in the exterior side panel for introducing ambient air present around the exterior side panel to the intake chamber. The intake chamber and the CVT case are connected and communicated to each other via an intake hose.
