Actuator system

The present teachings provide for an actuator system including a support; a drive system connected to the support; a shift fork operatively connected to the drive system and configured to move a distance defining a stroke length between a disengaged position and an engaged position, the shift fork having a cam follower; a cam assembly operatively connected with the drive system to move between a neutral position, and a shifted position, with a plurality of intermediate positions between the neutral and shifted positions, the shift fork being in the disengaged position when the cam assembly is in the neutral position, the cam assembly including: a cam having an aperture defining an interior surface; a hub housing disposed within the aperture of the cam and connected to the drive system; and a biasing member disposed within the aperture and preloaded between an interior surface of the aperture and the hub housing.

Motor vehicle having a coupling mechanism and a parking lock device

A vehicle comprising at least one electric drive machine and a coupling mechanism switchable between a coupling position, where the electric drive machine is coupled to a drive wheel so as to transmit torque, and a decoupling position where the electric drive machine is decoupled from the wheel. A parking lock device has a parking lock element movable between a parking lock position, where the parking lock element blocks a rotation of the wheel, and an unlocking position in which the parking lock element releases rotation of the wheel. An actuation device comprises an actuator to actuate a clutch of the coupling mechanism, said clutch having a switching element pretensioned by spring force on a housing of the coupling mechanism and used to switch between the coupling position and the decoupling position, and which moves the parking lock element between the parking lock position and the unlocking position.

Gear-change selector module for a gearshift

A gear-change selector module for a gearshift of a motor vehicle has a movable element and a shift fork having a carrier arm which engages in a recess of the movable element. The recess has two actuating faces which cooperate with carrier faces of the carrier arm. Viewed in a section running through the centre axis of the movable element and the centre axis of the recess, the actuating faces are each convex in a first portion extending from the centre axis in the direction of the outside of the movable element. Furthermore, viewed in a section running through the centre axis of the movable element and the centre axis of the recess, the carrier faces each extend in a first portion from radially outside the movable element up to the centre axis of the movable element, and in a second portion from the centre axis in the direction of the free end of the carrier arm. The carrier faces are convex in the second portion.
