AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING PLUNGER POSITION IN A SOLENOID VALVE AND METHOD THEREFORE

The present invention provides a system for determining plunger position in a solenoid valve and method therefore. More specifically, the invention provides a solenoid valve having hall sensor for detection of plunger position, which provides feedback including output voltage (digital or analog) respective to its position. The solenoid valve includes a nozzle, a spring, a sealing rubber, a poppet, a magnetic bracket, a rubber grommet, a housing sub-assembly, a soft seal, a sensor assembly, a fix core, a moving core and/or plunger, coil, a bobbin sub-assembly, a fix core plate, magnet holder, a permanent magnet and plurality of terminals.

One-way pressure activated piston seal

A solenoid actuated valve (10) holds pressure and volume of an accumulator with low leakage and provides low actuation drag during a release stroke for dumping fluid contents of the accumulator at very low current draw. Two elongate valve members (10a, 10b) are assembled to be movable axially relative to one another with a gland or groove (10c) formed in one of the two valve members (10a). An o-ring (12) located within the groove (10c) is in a non-contacting relationship to the other valve member (10b) when in a non-energized state. An energizer ring (14) located within the groove (10c) can reciprocate axially with respect to the o-ring (12). The energizer ring (14) moves axially toward the o-ring (12) in response to fluid pressure against a surface (14a) of the energizer ring (14) opposite from the o-ring (12) to axially compresses the o-ring (12), causing the o-ring (12) to expand radially outwardly into sealing contact with the other valve member (10b).

Solenoid valve

A solenoid valve includes a valve housing having a first space that communicates with an inlet flow path and a second space that communicates with an outlet flow path. A solenoid is provided in the valve housing to surround the first space. A flow path guide is provided in the first space and has an inflow path communicating with the first space. A plunger is rectilinearly moved in the flow path guide by the solenoid. A valve member is connected to the plunger and opens or closes the outlet flow path based on a plunger movement. A spring member provides elastic force allowing the valve member to move in a direction in which the valve member blocks the outlet flow path. A fluid guide part is formed in the plunger and guides a fluid, supplied into the inflow path via the first space, selectively to the second space.

A solenoid-operated valve assembly that reduces the jet flow of fluid or gas in an axially exiting valve. The valve assembly comprises a spool valve, a valve member housing, and a flow path. The spool valve comprises a fluid communication channel, a tail, and an inlet seat. The valve member housing comprises at least one inlet, at least one nozzle flow director, and at least one outlet. The flow path begins at the at least one inlet and exits at the at least one outlet. The at least one nozzle flow director is within the flow path. The spool valve moves axially within the valve member housing between a closed position and an open position. The inlet seat closes the at least one flow path at the inlet when the spool valve is in the closed position. A method of operation of the solenoid-operated valve assembly is also provided.

BREATHING ASSISTANCE DEVICE WITH LINEAR ACTUATED GAS REGULATING VALVE

A breathing assistance device includes a gas regulating valve. The gas regulating valve is operated by a linear actuator. The linear actuator may include a movable member that moves an obstruction member between an open position and a closed position. The linear actuator is isolated from a gas flow path through the valve.

CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE

A capacity control valve capable of being downsized with the small number of parts is provided. A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a suction port through which a suction fluid of suction pressure Ps passes, and a control port through which a control fluid of control pressure Pc passes, a valve element configured to be driven by a solenoid, a spring that biases the valve element in a direction opposite to a driving direction of the solenoid, and a CS valve formed by a CS valve seat and the valve element and configured to open and close a communication between the control port and the suction port in accordance with a movement of the valve element. The control pressure Pc is controlled by opening and closing the CS valve.

An electromagnetic valve includes a solenoid having a plunger; a flow path member including a fluid passage flow path having a first flow path, a second flow path, and a relay flow path which is disposed between the first flow path and the second flow path and which connects the first flow path and the second flow path, and a cylindrical space; a valve body movably disposed in the cylindrical space; and a spring which is disposed concentrically with the valve body on an outer peripheral side of the valve body in the cylindrical space and urges the valve body.
