Vibration clamp
A vibration clamp assembly for clamping a pipe to a support, the assembly comprising: an inner clamp arranged to encircle and engage the pipe; an outer clamp arranged to encircle the inner clamp and mount to said support; a plurality of damping blocks fixed to the periphery of the inner clamp and positioned to engage the outer clamp; wherein the damping blocks include a damping layer intermediate the inner and outer clamps, said damping layer arranged to dampen vibration loads from the pipe.
Gutter downspout end guard
The present invention provides a shielding assembly for concealing and supporting exposed edges of an open end of a gutter downspout. The shielding assembly includes two rigid bracket members that each have a body portion and leg portions that integrally extend from opposing ends of the body portion. The bracket members are configured to engage together around the exposed edges of the gutter downspout with the leg portions overlapped with each other to form overlapping end sections. The overlapping end sections are each configured to be fastened together and secured to the gutter downspout with a fastener that extends through the respective overlapping end section and an outer wall of the gutter downspout.
Insulated Riser Clamp
A riser clamp assembly for receiving and supporting an insulated pipe. The clamp assembly includes a first riser clamp and a second riser clamp. Each of the riser clamps includes a semi-circular body portion extending arcuately between opposite first and second ends and defining an inner cylindrical wall and an outer cylindrical wall extending axial between top and bottom edges. A generally C-shaped flange projects radially from the inner cylindrical wall generally midway between the top and bottom edges to define an axial center opening. A support brace extends radially from the outer cylindrical wall adjacent each end of the body portion for interconnecting the first and second riser clamps around the insulated pipe.
Fastening-type pipe supporting apparatus for curved pipe
A fastening-type pipe supporting apparatus capable of supporting a curved pipe against loads acting on a curved portion of the pipe via clamps having curved surfaces and being easily attached to and detached from the curved portion of the pipe. The fastening-type pipe supporting apparatus includes: a first clamp having a semicircular cross-sectional shape and a curved surface with a curvature to surround the curved portion of a pipe; a second clamp having a semicircular cross-sectional shape and a curved surface with a curvature to surround the curved portion of the pipe, the second clamp being coupled to the first clamp; a connection bolt coupling the first clamp with the second clamp; and a washer placed around the connection bolt.
A FASTENER ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a fastener assembly (100) for use with a generally elongate member (1) having formed therein a plurality of recesses (10), the fastener assembly (100) comprising: an engaging member (2A, 2B), having a generally tapered portion, arranged to receive the generally elongate member (1); a container (3, 203, 303, 403, 503) arranged to substantially enclose the engaging member (2A, 2B); and a retaining member (4) for securing the engaging member (2A, 2B) and container (3, 203, 303, 403, 503) on the generally elongate member (1), wherein the generally tapered portion of the engaging member (2A, 2B) has at least one projection (20) arranged, in use, to enter at least one of the plurality of recesses (10) of the generally elongate member (1).
Clamp for Circular Objects
A clamp can be configured to secure a circular object and can include a first clamp member and a second clamp member. The first clamp member can include a first clamp portion and the second clamp member can include a second clamp portion. The first clamp portion and the second clamp portion can be configured to receive the circular object therebetween, and to secure the circular object within the clamp with the second clamp member nested with the first clamp member.
Assembly unit for a concealed plumbing fixture
Assembly unit for a concealed plumbing fixture with at least one fastening element for fastening to an unfinished wall and an assembly plate configured to be adjustably and fixably attached to the at least one fastening element.
Mechanical Coupling for Mechanical and Structural Tubing
A coupling used to connect structural tubing includes segments surrounding a central space which receives the tubing. Teeth on an inner surface of the segments project toward the central space and form zones of deformation in the tubing upon engagement with the tubes' outer surfaces. Ends of the tubing abut one or more tongues on the inner surface, and observation apertures in the segments permit visual confirmation that the tubing is seated. Relief pockets on the inner surfaces of the segments receive portions of the tubing which deform outwardly. An insert may be present in the central space. The insert defines a space between itself and the inner surfaces of the segments which receives the tubing. The insert has relief channels which receive deformed regions of the tubing corresponding to the zones of deformation.
Irrigation pipe and method of fabrication
An irrigation pipe and method of fabrication that utilizes a pipe that is made of a durable material, e.g., stainless steel or aluminum. During fabrication, the pipe is equipped with a plurality of components, i.e., a flange assembly, a truss mount, and an outlet, without drilling, welding, or the like. In this manner, a method of fabrication is provided that enables a plurality of components to be assembled to the pipe without compromising the integrity of the pipe material or treated surface so that galvanizing or painting is not required after the plurality of components have been fitted to the pipe.
