Coupling element for connecting a first fluid-conducting line to a second fluid-conducting line, and coupling assembly
The application relates to a coupling element for connecting a first fluid-conducting line to a second fluid-conducting line. Here it is provided that an indicator device is mounted on a latching device and has a retaining element which can be elastically deflected in the radial direction relative to a guide element of the indicator device and which in a latched position engages in the latch receiving area and secures the indicator device in the axial direction by interacting with a main part and in a non-latched position lies outside the latch receiving area and releases the indicator device to move in the axial direction. The invention additionally relates to a coupling assembly.
PLUG CONNECTOR FOR CONNECTING LINES FOR LIQUID OR GASEOUS MEDIA
The invention relates to a plug connector (2) for connecting lines for liquid or gaseous media, comprising a connector body (5); a locking element (6), which is provided for securing the plug connector (2) relative to a mating plug connector.
Moreover, an indicator element (24) and a guide receptacle (25) for receiving the indicator element (24) in a displaceable manner is formed, wherein the indicator element (24) is received in the guide receptacle (25) such that the indicator element (24) is displaceable between a rest position and an indicator position, wherein the indicator element (24) has an indicator surface (30), which is visible in the indicator position of the indicator element (24) and, in the rest position of the indicator element (24), is at least partially concealed, wherein the indicator surface (30), when it is visible, serves to signal that the plug connector (2) is plugged into the mating plug connector (3) correctly, and/or that the locking element (6) is locked correctly.
Method for connecting a connection section of a tube for fluid or gaseous media with a plug connector
The invention relates to a method for connecting a connection section (33) of a hose (3) with a plug-in connector (4). The plug-in connector (4) comprises a connector body (6), which connector body (6) has a ring space (22). In a first method step, the connection section (33) is pushed into the ring space (22) of the plug-in connector (4) of the hose (3) from the hose accommodation side (25) of the connector body (6), and positioned there; in a second method step, a pressing tool (50) deforms the first mantle section (12) of the connector body (6). The second mantle section (15) has a narrowing (39) at a front edge (38) of the hose accommodation side (25), whereby it is ensured that the connection section (33) of the hose (3) is freely deformed in the direction of the second mantle section (15) during the pressing process, at least in the region of the ring space (22) that is at a distance from the front edge (38), before the connection section (33) of the hose (3) comes to lie against the second mantle section (15).
Quick connect with visual indicator
Devices and assemblies are provided for a quick connect device. In one example, a connector may include a first visual cue for coupling an outer portion to a middle portion and a second visual cue for coupling an inner portion to the middle portion.
QUICK CONNECTOR
A quick connector comprises a sleeving component and a sliding lock. The sleeving component comprises a stop part configured to stop the automatic moving of the sliding lock toward the interior of the sleeve component in the transverse direction when a fluid pipeline is inserted into the sleeving component, and release the stopping of the sliding block when the fluid pipeline is completely pushed into a main body of the sleeving component. The sliding lock further comprises at least one locking hook, and the locking hooks matches a locking catch arranged in the main body of the sleeving component. When a fluid pipeline is completely pushed into the main body of the sleeving component, the locking hook moves around the locking catch and finally surrounds the locking catch.
CONNECTOR HAVING A MATING HEAD
A connector and a process for coupling a tube to another device is disclosed. The connector comprises a receptacle for receiving a first tube. The receptacle includes a socket and a modular head mated to said socket in one of a plurality of relative orientations. The modular head comprises an indexing member. A retention clip embraces the receptacle and has a leg positioned in a slot in the receptacle.
SENSOR AND SENSOR ASSEMBLY
A sensor for a fluid duct in a fluid housing has a sensor housing, which has an insert part which complements a receiving part of the fluid housing, and a sealing element, which is arranged on a sealing section of the insert part and is configured to seal off an intermediate space between the sealing section and the receiving part when the insert part is inserted in an insertion direction into the receiving part in a final assembly position. The insert part has a securing section with a latching groove which is configured for a spring-elastic securing element to be able to engage into the latching groove in the final assembly position in order to fasten the sensor to the fluid housing. A sensor assembly having a sensor of this kind is also provided.
Female nozzle of a connection enabling the insertion of a male nozzle with a reduced force
A female nozzle of a connection comprising a tubular main body defining a main axis of insertion and having a connection end adapted to receive a male nozzle, one retaining ring inserted into the main body on the connection end side, one internal annular recess having a bottom, a first and a second side wall, with the bottom and the first wall being defined by an internal shoulder of the main body and the second wall being defined by a circular section of the retaining ring, and with the annular recess not being contained in a transversal plane, which is perpendicular to the main axis of insertion and a sealing gasket being positioned in the annular recess. The first and second side walls are oriented toward the bottom of the annular recess, so that the latter has a trapezoidal section so configured as to clamp and hold the sealing gasket.
Fluid connector with full insertion assurance cap with secondary latches
An assurance cap for use with a fluid connector assembly for coupling a tubular member including an endform to a connector body, the endform defining a radially disposed shoulder, a retainer clip carried on the connector body and extending at least partially into a first bore in the connector body to engage the shoulder to lock the tubular member in the connector body when the first insertion end is fully inserted into the first bore, the assurance cap including a body including a first end and a second bore for disposing the body over the tubular member, and a plurality of primary latch fingers arranged on the body, each of the plurality of primary latch fingers including an end projection configured for latching in an exterior groove of the connector body to latch the body on the connector body when the tubular member is fully inserted into the connector body.
