TUBULAR CONNECTION DEVICE
A tubular connection device comprises a female connector into which a male end piece provided with an annular groove may be inserted. The female connector has two lateral slits. The device further includes a U-shaped clip comprising a head and two branches straddling the female connector. Each branch extends into a lateral slit and ends with a foot. The device further includes a ring having two lateral openings facing the lateral slits of the female connector, and two lateral guide systems cooperating with the feet of the clip to keep the clip in a raised position or in a pressed-in position. Each guide system includes a notch, a plate delimiting a lower edge of the notch, and a lug arranged on a flexible tab carried by the ring. The annular groove faces the lateral slits to allow the clip to switch between the pressed-in position and the raised position.
FLUID CONNECTOR WITH RESEALABLE MEMBRANE VALVE
An O-ring membrane valve, including an O-ring, and a resealable membrane connected to the O-ring, the resealable membrane including a first surface, a second surface, and a slit extending from the first surface to the second surface. The O-ring membrane valve may be assembled with a fluid connector, the fluid connector including a body, having a first through-bore and a first groove arranged circumferentially within the first through-bore.
Fluid connection device
A fluid connection device generally includes a male connector and a female connector configured to be co-inserted along an axis X, an elastically-deformable pin with a general U or C shape mounted on the female connector, the pin having one part passing through the female connector and configured to cooperate by elastic snap-fitting with the male connector, and a ring axially movable on the female connector between a pin release position and a locking position. In the device, the female connector may support elements that are radially mobile between a first radial position, for example, internal, whereby the ring is immobilized on the female connector, and a second radial position, for example, external, whereby the ring is released. The elements are generally configured to cooperate both with the male connector and the ring to release the ring when the pin is snap-fitted on the male connector.
Coupling device for media-conducting lines
A coupling device for connecting media-conducting lines has a one-part or multi-part first coupling section and a one-part or multi-part second coupling section. At least one locking element is fastened with at least one connecting section to the first coupling section and is provided with one or more locking arc sections extending in a circumferential direction between the first and second coupling sections. The second coupling section has a locking section extending circumferentially at least partially about a circumference of the second coupling section. At least one of the one or more locking arc sections interacts with the locking section.
METHOD FOR CONNECTING A CONNECTION SECTION OF A TUBE FOR FLUID OR GASEOUS MEDIA WITH A PLUG CONNECTOR
The invention relates to a method for connecting a connection section (33) of a hose (3) with a plug-in connector (4). The plug-in connector (4) comprises a connector body (6), which connector body (6) has a ring space (22). In a first method step, the connection section (33) is pushed into the ring space (22) of the plug-in connector (4) of the hose (3) from the hose accommodation side (25) of the connector body (6), and positioned there; in a second method step, a pressing tool (50) deforms the first mantle section (12) of the connector body (6).
The second mantle section (15) has a narrowing (39) at a front edge (38) of the hose accommodation side (25), whereby it is ensured that the connection section (33) of the hose (3) is freely deformed in the direction of the second mantle section (15) during the pressing process, at least in the region of the ring space (22) that is at a distance from the front edge (38), before the connection section (33) of the hose (3) comes to lie against the second mantle section (15).
Quick connector
A quick connector includes a tubular socket, a wire retainer attached to an outer circumferential surface of the socket, and a guide member provided inside of the socket. The wire retainer has a lock portion which engages with a flange of a first tubular body when the guide member is at a second position. An outer circumferential surface of the guide member is formed with a holding recess in which the lock portion is fitted when the guide member is at a first position, and a wall of a pair of walls forming the holding recess is formed with a tapered guide surface that extends radially outward. The tapered guide surface guides the wire retainer so that the wire retainer goes over the flange when the first tubular body is inserted.
Fluid conduit coupling having securing clamp
A fluid conduit coupling may include a tubular body, a connecting piece, and a securing clamp radially adjustable relative to the tubular body between a securing position and a release position. The connecting piece may have a securing groove extending in the circumferential direction, the tubular body may have a securing slot aligned radially to the securing groove when the connecting piece is inserted into the tubular body, and the securing clamp may have a securing web sticking out radially to the inside, and, in the securing position, radially engages with the securing groove through the securing slot, and, in the release position, does not radially engage with the securing groove. The tubular body may have at least one guide groove, and the securing clamp may have at least one guide web sticking out radially and, at least in the securing position, radially engages with the associated guide groove.
System, method and apparatus for debris shield for squeeze-activated retainer for a conduit
An assembly includes a tubular body having an axis, an axial end, a bore that is axial an aperture and a retainer groove formed in the bore and contiguous with the aperture. The assembly also includes a retainer mounted in the retainer groove. The retainer has a debris shield located external to the tubular body. The retainer includes a nominal configuration wherein the debris shield is configured to close off access to the aperture and the retainer groove to prevent debris from accumulating therein. In addition, the retainer includes an expanded configuration wherein the debris shield is not configured to completely close off access to the aperture and the retainer groove.
Fluid connector with full insertion assurance cap with secondary latches
An assurance cap, including a first body section including a first connector, a second body section hingedly connected to the first body section and including a second connector, and a plurality of latch fingers extending from at least one of the first body section and the second body section.
