Push to connect conduit fitting with ferrule
A push to connect fitting includes a body member adapted to receive a conduit end, a conduit comprising a first end that can be axially inserted into the body member and a conduit gripping device attached to an exterior surface of the conduit, and a retainer that retains the conduit in place when said conduit is fully inserted into the body member. Additional embodiments include providing a seal with the fitting that seals the exterior surface of the conduit, an optional load retaining sleeve for the conduit gripping device, and an optional gimbal. The push to connect aspect may be realized in the form of a single action unthreaded mechanical connection.
QUICK CONNECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Disclosed is a system for quick connection between a female end piece provided with a U-shaped locking clip and a male end piece fitted therein, the wall of the female end piece having opposite slits through which the arms of the U protrude into the passage of the end piece and the wall of the male end piece having an outer groove lockably receiving the clip arms in a final fitting state of the male piece in the female piece, locked by the clip. Also included is a part forming a removable prestressed element for the clip with housing sites engaging the two free sections in a first resting configuration, and in at least a second prestressed configuration in which the arms are more separated than in the resting configuration but less than during the passage of the maximum outer section of the male end piece.
Device for connecting a tubular element
A coupling device for a tubular element comprises a hollow body having a housing, a cartridge locked in the housing in a first position, the cartridge then protruding from the hollow body, the cartridge having an outer wall and an inner wall delimiting an inner channel, the inner channel having a first end forming an inlet for receiving the tubular element and a second end provided with an obstacle, an annular seal and a fastening ring disposed in the inner channel in order to secure the tubular element in the inner channel in sealed manner. The coupling device comprises an unlocking system configured to allow, when the tubular element exerts a force against the obstacle, the unlocking of the cartridge and its movement to a second position, in which the cartridge is entirely incorporated in the hollow body.
Releasable Port Connection Assembly
A releasable port connection assembly comprises a female port member having a tubular passageway extending in an axial direction, a male connector having a tube connection end for connecting a tube to it, and a port connection end configured to be received and retained in the tubular passageway by a retaining pawl arrangement configured to engage an outwardly projecting locking shoulder on the port connection end of the male connector once the male connector has been inserted into the tubular passageway and its locking shoulder has passed the protrusion, characterized in that the protrusion is formed as a circumferentially extending inner rim of an elastically deformable split ring which is slidably received between sidewalls of a circumferential groove formed in an inner wall of the tubular passageway.
Compact and demountable fluid connection device
A connection device for connecting a tubular connector to equipment comprises: a connection end fitting formed by a tubular body and a head mounted thereon, the head being provided with an opening leading into the tubular body and comprising a retaining groove; a flexible lock, which has an annular shape and is intended to be partially received in the retaining groove, the lock being provided with lugs extending radially toward the center of the lock, wherein the flexible lock is deformable and the lugs can close on the tubular connector and abut against the collar when the tubular connector is introduced into the connection end fitting; an unlocking ring having a collar for insertion into the connection end fitting, the collar including unlocking elements for interacting with the flexible lock to force the opening thereof when the unlocking ring is rotated.

Plug-type coupling with pre-assembly locking
A plug-type coupling for connecting first and second fluid lines or a sub-assembly, which are designed with a mating plug-type coupling. The plug-type coupling including a housing including a sleeve section with a receiving channel (8) for axially receiving an adapter sleeve. The adapter sleeve being removably held in a positive-locking manner. The adapter sleeve includes a through-opening for a plug shaft of the mating plug-type coupling and a retaining means for removable attachment of the mating plug-type coupling. In an assembled state, the retaining means axially blocks the mating plug-type coupling with respect to the assembly axis. A locking element is arranged on an outer circumference of the sleeve section and is axially movable from a release position, which releases the retaining means, into a locking position, which locks the retaining means. In the release position, the locking element is fixed against axial movement into the locking position.
Coupling unit, coupling device, motor vehicle and method
A coupling unit is disclosed which includes a sleeve opening that extends in the longitudinal direction and into which at least one medium-conveying plug element can be at least partially inserted, A support sleeve includes at least one circumferential pocket on an inner side that faces a plug element and defines the sleeve opening transverse to the longitudinal direction. A sliding element is arranged in the pocket and movably transferred from a release position into a coupling position during the insertion of the plug element. A sealing element is arranged between the sliding element and the pocket of the support sleeve in the release position and pre-stressed in the direction of the plug element. The sealing element is released by the sliding element in the coupling position in order to close and seal a potential gap formed between the support sleeve and the plug element.
