A wall socket (10), comprising: an inlet (64A), for connecting an inlet pipe (20A) thereto! a first push-to-release pipe-joint (16B), comprising an outlet (64B), for pushing thereinto an outlet pipe (20B), for connecting the outlet pipe (20B) thereto! a panel (12) disposed between the inlet (64A) and the outlet (64B), and extending from the first push-to-release pipe-joint (16B); and installation means (56) for installing the panel (12) to the building wall (50), attached thereto and parallel thereto, thereby disposing the inlet (64A) behind the building wall (50, and the outlet (64B) in front of the building wall (50), thereby allowing providing a removable supply to an implement (40) by the pressing of the outlet pipe (20B) into the wall socket (10), and thereby the wall socket (10) non-significantly protrudes out of the building wall (50).

Quick connect coupling devices for fluid carriers

A coupling device includes an engagement surface, a gasket ring, a clamp assembly, and a locking assembly. The coupling device is configured so that the clamp assembly can be actuated to mount the coupling device on the bib. The gasket ring is configured to be compressed between the engagement surface and the bib to enable liquid to flow from the bib into the coupling device and out of it into the hose or other component without leakage. The locking assembly is configured to lock the coupling device on the bib, but is releasable when desired to dismount the coupling device from the bib.

Verification pull tab clip for quick connector assembly

A verification pull tab clip includes a pull tab. A generally planar body extends from the pull tab and has first and second opposite sides, proximal and distal ends, and top and bottom ends. The body is elongated in a longitudinal direction that extends between the proximal and distal ends. An indication surface is disposed on the first side of the body. A cantilevered arm extends from the pull tab in the longitudinal direction and is spaced apart from the body. The arm terminates at a free end and has first and second sides. A latch is disposed at the free end of the arm. An abutment projects outwardly from the second side of the arm. The arm is deflectable away from the bottom end for securing the latch, and is deflectable away from the bottom end for releasing the latch in response to a deflection of the abutment.

Some fluid coupling devices described herein are configured for use in fluid systems for purposes of providing a single-use, aseptic disconnection functionality that substantially prevents fluid spillage when being disconnected. In some embodiments, the coupling portions cannot be functionally reconnected to each other after being disconnected from each other.

FLUID CONNECTOR WITH FULL INSERTION ASSURANCE CAP DISCONNECT TOOL

A disconnect tool for disconnecting an assurance cap mounted over a tubular member of a fluid connector assembly in a connector body to which the tubular member is locked by a retainer clip carried on the connector body. The disconnect tool includes an annular collar. A plurality of axial fingers extend from the collar and engage primary latch fingers of the assurance cap where end projections of the primary latch fingers are locked in a exterior groove on the connector body. Insertion of the disconnect tool through the assurance cap urges the ends of the fingers into engagement with the primary latch fingers of the assurance cap bending the primary fingers radially outward to separate the projections of the primary latch fingers from the groove on the connector body enabling the assurance cap to be separated from the connector body.

LOCKING QUICK CONNECT ASSEMBLY
20170102103 · 2017-04-13 ·

A locking quick connect assembly is provided for removably coupling a first tube and a second tube. A quick connect housing presents a central bore for receiving the second tube. A redundant latch component positionable between an unlocked position and a locked position may be provided to slidingly engage the quick connect housing. A twist lock retainer surrounds the quick connect housing and the redundant latch component. The redundant latch component includes an axially extending peg and the twist lock retainer includes a locking channel for receiving the peg. The twist lock retainer also includes a twist lock arm that locks against a bead of the second tube to resist separation. The twist lock arm extends perpendicularly to and radially inwardly of the locking channel to interleavingly engage the peg thus preventing unwanted decoupling of the assembly.

Quick connection arrangement for detachably connecting a medium line to a connecting piece

A quick connection arrangement is for detachably connecting a medium line to a (SAE) connecting piece. The quick connection arrangement includes a housing having an opening for receiving the medium line and a connecting piece opening for receiving the (SAE) connecting piece so as to permit a medium to flow through the housing between the medium line and the (SAE) connecting piece. An inner locking element for locking the (SAE) connecting piece in the connecting piece opening is arranged essentially inside the connecting piece opening. An outer locking element is for locking the inner locking element when the (SAE) connecting piece is locked. The inner locking element is arranged essentially outside of the connecting piece opening.

Unlocking Tool For A Quick Connector Assembly

The quick release tool includes a U-shaped body which presents a base that has a first side and a second side. The body also has a pair of legs that are spaced laterally from one another and extend away from the first side of the base to respective distal ends. Each of the distal ends presents a pair of ledges that are spaced longitudinally from one another to receive fingers on the locker of the quick connector assembly. The base of the U-shaped body presents a living hinge which is spaced laterally between the legs for pivoting the distal ends of the legs away from one another in response to the application of a force onto the second side of the base, thereby allowing the locker to be moved from the locked position to the unlocked position.
