A system for cryogenic gas delivery includes a cryogenic tank configured to contain a cryogenic liquid and a gas within a headspace above the cryogenic liquid. The system also includes first and second vaporizers and a use outlet. A first pipe is configured to transfer gas from the headspace through the first vaporizer to the use outlet. A second pipe is configured to transfer liquid from the tank through the first vaporizer so that a first vapor stream is directed to the use outlet. A third pipe is configured to build pressure within the tank by transferring liquid from the tank through the second vaporizer so that a second vapor stream is directed back to the headspace of the tank. A first regulator valve is in fluid communication with the second pipe and opens when a pressure on an outlet side of the first regulator drops below a first predetermined pressure level. A second regulator valve is in fluid communication with the third pipe and opens when a pressure inside the tank drops below a second predetermined pressure level. The first predetermined pressure level is higher than the second predetermined pressure level.

HIGH-PRESSURE GAS CYLINDER VALVE FOR VEHICLE

A high-pressure gas cylinder valve for vehicle includes a valve seat having a gas charging runner and a gas supplying runner. A check valve is connected in series onto the gas charging runner, and the check valve and a solenoid valve are connected in series sequentially onto the gas supplying runner in a gas flow direction. A portion of the gas supplying runner located downstream of the solenoid valve is jointly connected to a portion of the gas charging runner adjacent to a gas inlet end and supplies gas to outside through a gas inlet of the gas charging runner when the gas supplying runner supplies gas. The gas cylinder valve further includes a flow-blocking buffer structure connected in series onto the gas supplying runner and located downstream of the solenoid valve and upstream of an intersection of the gas supplying runner and the gas charging runner.

GAS FILLING METHOD

The disclosure provides a gas filling method. The gas filling method includes the following steps: an effective heat mass calculation step, which uses the heat capacity of the piping and the detection value of the gas temperature sensor to calculate the value of the effective heat mass related to the temporary pressure loss caused by the piping before gas-filling is started; a pressure loss parameter calculation step, which uses the detection value of the pressure sensor when the flow rate of the gas in the piping changes to calculate the value of the pressure loss parameter related to the pressure loss caused by the piping after the gas-filling is started; and a filling condition changing step, which changes the filling condition into a condition that is defined based on the value of the pressure loss parameter and gas-filling is continued.
