The low-power flame ports (38) are connected to a second gas inlet (52) via an annular distribution chamber (46). The low-power flame ports (38) and the high-power flame ports (32) are located on different parts of the gas burner assembly (10) and arranged in super-imposed way. According to a first aspect of the invention, the gas burner assembly (10) comprises at least one base part (20) arranged beneath the at least one intermediate element (14, 16), wherein at least one low-power injector (18), at least one pre-mixing chamber (48) and preferably the second gas inlet (52) are integrated within said base part (20). According to a second aspect of the invention, the gas burner assembly (10) is arranged in the gas cooking appliance in that way that the primary fresh air for the high-power flame ports (32) is sucked from the bottom side and the primary fresh air for the low-power flame ports (38) is sucked from the top side of a work plate (54) of the gas cooking appliance.
Burner resonance canceling apparatus
A burner including a burner tube including a side wall, a first longitudinal end configured for receiving a fuel mixture flow, a closed second longitudinal end, a chamber defined by the interior flow space of the burner tube, the cross-sectional area of the burner tube is larger at the first longitudinal end than the cross-sectional area of the burner tube at the second longitudinal end; and a plate disposed on the first longitudinal end, isolating the chamber from a space upstream of the chamber, the plate further includes a plurality of openings disposed in a spiral format on the plate and a plurality of baffles, each baffle coupled to one of the plurality of openings of the plate, each of the plurality of baffles is configured to direct a portion of the fuel mixture flow through one of the openings from the space upstream of the chamber into the chamber.
COOKING APPLIANCE HAVING A HOB
A cooking appliance includes a cooking area. A hob can be located in the cooking area. The hob includes an injector holder base defining an air chamber and a burner interface chamber. An injector holder cover overlies the injector holder base. The injector holder base and the injector holder cover collectively define a venturi tube extending between the air chamber and the burner interface chamber. An injector is carried by at least one of the injector holder base or injector holder cover. A burner is supported on the injector holder cover.
BURNER OF GAS STOVE
A burner of a gas stove includes a burner body, a partition member, and at least one flame cover. The burner body includes an inlet portion and a base. The inlet portion has at least one inlet passage for injecting gas and air, and the base has at least one mixture passage for mixing the gas and the air. The at least one mixture passage communicates with the at least one inlet passage. The partition member has a plurality of through holes and covers the at least one mixture passage. The at least one flame cover has a plurality of flame holes and covers the partition member. Whereby, the size of the burner of the gas stove could be reduced significantly, and the gas could mix with the air effectively and uniformly.
GAS BURNER DEVICE AND COOKING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
A gas burner device includes an orifice holder including an orifice. The gas burner device also includes a burner body. The burner body includes a venturi tube arranged to receive a gas from the orifice and a burner port discharging the gas supplied through the venturi tube. The venturi tube includes a venturi inlet through which the gas that is jetted from the orifice flows in. The venturi tube also includes a venturi outlet through which the gas flowing in through the venturi inlet is discharged. The venturi tube further includes an acceleration part including a smaller diameter than the venturi inlet and the venturi outlet and includes a cylindrical shape.
GAS COOKING ASSEMBLY AND A HOB COMPRISING THE SAME
A gas cooking assembly comprises: (a) a base part (10) comprising: (a1) a burner body (14) for installation in a cooktop surface (16); (a2) a gas outlet (20) in the burner body (14); and (a3) an ignition source (22) in the burner body (14); and (b) an upper part (12) comprising: (b1) at least one foot (36) for supporting the upper part (12) on the cooktop surface (16); (b2) a grate (26) for supporting a cooking vessel; (b3) an annular flame spreader (28); and (b4) a gas inlet (46) at the bottom side of the flame spreader (28); wherein the upper part (12) is an integral unit that is removable from the base part (10), wherein when the upper part (12) is connected to the base part (10), the gas inlet (46) of the upper part (12) connects to the gas outlet (20) of the base part (10).
SYSTEM OF GAS BURNERS, IN PARTICULAR FOR A COOKING TOP FOR HOUSEHOLD USE
