A gas burner includes a burner body that defines a plurality of forced induction flame ports. An air outlet orifice is mounted to an injet body at an outlet of an air passage such that the air outlet orifice is oriented for directing a flow of air towards the plurality of forced induction flame ports. A gas outlet orifice is mounted to the injet body at an outlet of a gas passage such that the gas outlet orifice is oriented for directing a flow of gaseous fuel towards the plurality of forced induction flame ports. A pneumatically actuated gas valve is positioned within the injet body. The pneumatically actuated gas valve is configured to adjust from a closed configuration to an open configuration in response to the flow of air through the air passage.

Multi injection dual ring gas burner for domestic gas cooking units

The present disclosure is related to a dual ring gas burner wherein the outer ring includes multipoint injection with bottom breathing and the inner ring works with top breathing. Two flame rings are included along with burner ports on the caps. As a result, better heating distribution is achieved along with greater ease in cleaning and combined simmer functions with high ratings by having the outer ring gas flow not interfering with the inner ring.

A burner comprising a base cup, an annular flame splitter, and a flame cover. The base cup comprises an air inlet channel and two nozzles in communication with the air inlet channel and arranged upwards. The annular flame splitter arranged on the base cup comprises two Venturi tubes respectively arranged opposite the two nozzles. The annular flame splitter is separated from the base cup to form a gap, thus allowing primary air to enter the two Venturi tubes from the gap to be mixed with a fuel gas sprayed into the two Venturi tubes by the two nozzles to form a gaseous mixture. Groove openings are formed on the top of the annular flame splitter in communication with the mixing cavity. The flame cover covers the mixing cavity and limits the groove openings to define the outlet for the gaseous mixture, thus forming a flame ring.

Fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly

A fuel supply system for a gas burner assembly. The gas burner assembly includes an inner burner stage positioned concentrically within an outer burner stage. The fuel supply system includes a fuel supply for providing a primary flow of fuel through a primary fuel conduit and a single outlet control valve operably coupled to the primary fuel conduit. A first and second fuel supply conduit split off of the primary fuel conduit and are fluidly coupled with the outer burner stage and the inner burner stage, respectively. A shutoff valve is operably coupled to one of the first fuel supply conduit and the second fuel supply conduit and is configured for closing when a flow rate of fuel through the shutoff valve drops below a predetermined flow rate.

Burner cover and gas burner

A burner cover for a gas burner includes a disk-shaped base segment, and an annular gas distribution segment which is connected to the base segment. The gas distribution segment has first gas distribution channels, which extend radially from an inner surface of the gas distribution segment toward an outer edge of the base segment. Each first gas distribution channel extends through the gas distribution segment and has a T-shaped cross-sectional geometry, which is open in a direction pointing away from the base segment.

Cooktop appliance with a gas burner assembly

A cooktop appliance includes a top panel. A gas burner assembly includes an annular burner body positioned on the top panel at a top surface of the top panel. The annular burner body defines a central combustion zone. The annular burner body also defines a plurality of flame ports at the central combustion zone. Gaseous fuel is flowable from a fuel chamber within the annular burner body into the central combustion zone through the plurality of flame ports. The gas burner assembly further includes features for direction the gaseous fuel into the fuel chamber of the annular burner body. The annular burner body is open at the central combustion zone such that the top panel is exposed through the annular burner body at the central combustion zone.
