A ball joint having a ball pin and a housing. The ball pin together with the ball is accommodated in the housing to move in a rotational and pivotal manner. The ball is at least partially surrounded by a structural component. The structural component is essentially formed from a fiber-plastic composite structure and at least partially forms the housing.

MOVABLE APPARATUS, MOVABLE SHEET, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING MOVABLE APPARATUS

The movable apparatus includes a holding body and a movable body. The holding body includes a first opening portion and an internal space, and is constituted of one part. The movable body includes an internal body and a first movable shaft portion. The internal body is stored in the internal space of the holding body, and has such a size that the internal body is prevented from exiting the first opening portion even if the first opening portion is elastically deformed. The first movable shaft portion is capable of being moved integrally with the internal body, and is exposed to outside of the holding body from inside of the holding body through the first opening portion.

Shelf display

A shelf display that is easily attached to a store merchandising fixture in a retail or wholesale environment is disclosed. It extends away from the merchandising fixture to increase visibility. The shelf display includes separate pieces that can be snapped together without the use of tools and provide flexibility in positioning the shelf display. A frame is mounted into a clip that slides along one edge of the frame. The clip is part of a ball joint so that the frame can be rotated or tilted. The ball joint attaches to an arm with breakaway lines so the length of the arm can be adjusted. The display may be formed in multiple sizes and shapes, and is oriented so that both sides of the shelf display can be used for graphic statements.

A ball joint assembly for a vehicle includes a mounting part including an inner circumference part forming a hole in a vertical direction; a ball stud including a ball and a stud extending from the ball; a bearing coupled to surround the ball and disposed in the hole; and an insert molding part for filling the space of the hole formed between the inner circumference part and the outer surface of the bearing. The inner circumference part includes at least one upper protruding part protruding from an upper area thereof in a direction toward a central axis of the hole and at least one lower protruding part protruding from a lower area thereof in a direction toward the central axis.

Fiber reinforced bearing for a ball socket assembly, ball socket assembly therewith and methods of construction thereof

A ball socket assembly, bearing therefor, and method of construction thereof are provided. The ball socket assembly includes a housing with an inner bore extending between a closed first end region and an open second end region. A fiber-reinforced bearing is disposed in the inner bore. The bearing has a lower portion presenting a lower bearing surface having a first radius of curvature and an upper portion presenting an upper bearing surface having a second radius of curvature that is greater than the first radius of curvature. The lower bearing surface and the upper bearing surface surround a ball cavity in which a spherical ball portion of a ball stud is disposed. The housing second end region is plastically deformed radially inwardly to impart a bias on the bearing upper portion that causes the second radius of curvature to be biased substantially equal to the first radius of curvature.

Partially polymerised thermohardenable connection part and methods for producing and assembling such a connection part

A partially polymerised thermohardenable connection part and to methods for producing and assembling such a connection part are described herein. The connection part for connecting two mechanical parts is thermohardenable and is partially polymerised in such a way as to be rigid at room temperature and able to be subjected to a subsequent polymerisation, the connection part being thus both sufficiently rigid to be able to be manipulated and brought into contact with at least one of the two mechanical parts which it is to interconnect and able to be subjected to a subsequent additional polymerisation in order to achieve its final polymerised state, the material of the connection part being rendered sufficiently soft during the additional polymerisation that it can adapt to the form of at least one of the mechanical parts to which the connection part must be connected.
