Swing bearing

A swing bearing allows a reduction in thickness, weight, and manufacturing cost by fixing together a pair of split rings each formed of a plate member to form an outer ring, and fixing together a pair of split rings each formed of a plate member to form an inner ring. The outer ring is composed of a pair of split rings which are obtained by splitting the outer ring at an axially midpoint of the first raceway groove, are formed of respective plate members, and are fixed together. The inner ring is composed of a pair of split rings which are obtained by splitting the inner ring at an axially midpoint of the second raceway groove, are formed of respective plate members, and are fixed together.

One aspect of the present disclosure provides a first bearing including an inner ring, an outer ring, and cylindrical rollers. The inner ring includes: an insertion groove formed in a lower surface for inserting the cylindrical rollers between an inner raceway surface and an outer raceway surface; a blocking plug configured to block the insertion groove, the blocking plug having a part of the inner raceway surface formed thereon; and a bolt for securing the blocking plug in the insertion groove. In the mating surface of the blocking plug contacted with the bottom surface of the insertion groove, when the shortest length between the bolt insertion hole and the inner raceway surface is shown as La, and the shortest length between the bolt insertion hole and the inner peripheral surface is shown as Lb, the shortest lengths La and Lb satisfy the following formula: La/Lb>0.65.

STRAIN WAVE GEARING

A strain wave gearing includes an internally toothed gear integrated with an inner ring. A bolt hole is formed in the internally toothed gear. The bolt hole includes a bolt passage hole part, and a screw hole part extending in the direction of an axial line, continuously from the bolt passage hole part. The screw hole part, to which a bolt-fastening force is applied, is formed at a location away in the direction of the axial line from a location adjacent to a radially outer side of an internally toothed gear. Deformation, occurring during fastening of a bolt, at a portion in which the internally toothed gear is formed can be reduced, and adverse effects caused by the deformation such as a decrease in the accuracy of engagement or meshing of the internally toothed gear and an externally toothed gear can be inhibited.
