Bent axis plunger-type variable hydraulic motor pump
A bent axis plunger-type variable hydraulic motor pump, including a cylinder body, a plunger, a ball connecting rod, a plunger spherical hinge, a multistage ball track spherical hinge shaft, a multistage ball track bearing ring, a retainer plate, an oil distributing plate, an oil distributing plate pin shaft, a suspension circle, a bushing bearing ring, a box bushing shaft, a box, a large variable ball connecting rod assembly, and a small variable ball connecting rod assembly. The large and small variable ball connecting rod assemblies are mounted on the box. The multistage ball track spherical hinge shaft is supported on the multistage ball track bearing ring, and a multistage rolling element holder in which a rolling element is provided is mounted in the multistage ball track spherical hinge shaft. Two ends of the ball connecting rod are hingedly connected to the multistage ball track spherical hinge shaft and the plunger.
MOTION APPARATUS
A motion apparatus includes end plates (41) that are attached to end faces (22) of a block (21) in directions of movement and form rolling element veering paths as parts of an endless cyclic path, wherein the end plate (41) has a scooping piece (56) that is provided so as to protrude toward the block (21), the scooping piece (56) comprising a slit (56v) that is gradually narrowed toward a side opposite to the side to which the scooping piece (56) protrudes, and wherein the block (21) has scooping piece container portions (36) that cover the scooping pieces (56).
MOVEMENT DEVICE
A movement device includes: a track body, and a moving body which includes: a plurality of endless circulation passages; and a roller configured to roll in the plurality of endless circulation passages, the moving body being movable relative to the track body via the roller disposed between the track body and the moving body. The moving body further includes: a moving body main body in which inner peripheral portions of roller direction-change passages configuring the adjacent endless circulation passages are formed to be adjacent to each other on an end surface in a movement direction in which the moving body moves; and a cover body which is attached to the end surface of the moving body main body and in which outer peripheral portions of roller direction-change passages configuring the adjacent endless circulation passages are formed to be adjacent to each other.
Support and guide device
A support and guide device capable of smoothly shifting a moving block configured to move along a guide track from one of a plurality of track rails forming the guide track to another of the plurality of track rails even when clearances are secured at joints between the plurality of track rails. Each of the track rails has auxiliary sliding surfaces formed on both end portions of the each of the plurality of track rails in the longitudinal direction, the auxiliary sliding surfaces formed side by side with a guide surface and being inclined with respect to the guide surface. The moving block includes leading sliding portions each configured to face one of the auxiliary sliding surfaces of the track rail when the moving block reaches one of both end portions of the track rail in the longitudinal direction.
