HAND LEVER TO PROVISIONALLY DISENGAGE A PARKING LOCK BY HAND

A lever (3) for the temporary disengagement of a parking lock (2) of a vehicle drive unit (1). The lever (3) comprises a fixing piece (31) for fitting the lever (3) onto a parking lock shaft (26), which extends inside the vehicle drive unit (1) and serves to actuate the parking lock (2). The lever (3) is a hand lever with a gripping handle (32). The gripping handle (32) is designed to enable a user to apply a manual force for manual actuation of the lever (3). When the lever (3) is fitted on the parking lock shaft (26) and moved, the parking lock shaft (26) is moved from an engagement position to a disengagement position,. In the disengagement position, by further movement of the gripping handle (32) into a locking position, the lever (3) is blocked against a reverse movement out of the disengagement position.

A magnetic lock device includes a lock shaft having an abutting portion capable of abutting against a roller of a piston rod of a hydraulic pressure actuator, a transfer shaft configured separately from the lock shaft, the transfer shaft abutting against an end surface of the lock shaft, and a magnetic portion locking (restricting movement to the right side in the drawing) the lock shaft, the transfer shaft, and a plunger by attracting the plunger toward an attracting portion using a magnetic force. The lock shaft is surface-hardened to have a higher hardness and the transfer shaft is made of non-magnetic material.

Electronic transmission range selection subsystem in a hydraulic control system for an automatic transmission

A hydraulic control system for a transmission is provided. The hydraulic control system includes a source of pressurized hydraulic fluid that communicates with an electronic transmission range selection (ETRS) subsystem. In one example, the ETRS subsystem includes an ETRS control valve, a park servo that controls a park mechanism, a plurality of solenoids, and a park inhibit solenoid assembly. In another example, the ETRS subsystem includes an ETRS control valve, an ETRS enable valve, a park servo that controls a park mechanism, a plurality of solenoids, and a park inhibit solenoid assembly.

PARKING LOCK APPARATUS

A parking lock apparatus includes a parking gear rotatable together with a rotating body of a transmission. A slider is to be switched between a parking lock position in which a parking pawl is in engagement with the parking gear and a parking release position in which the parking pawl is out of engagement with the parking gear. A hydraulic circuit includes a third oil passage through which a first line pressure is applied to push the slider toward the parking release position, a fourth oil passage through which a second line pressure is applied to push the slider toward the parking lock direction, and a hydraulic cut valve provided in the third oil passage to be opened when a difference between the first line pressure and the second line pressure is higher than or equal to a threshold pressure when applying line pressure to the hydraulic circuit is started.

PARKING LOCK APPARATUS

A parking lock apparatus includes an engaging mechanism, a slider, a hydraulic circuit, and a processor. The engaging mechanism is to prevent a rotation of a rotating body when the engaging mechanism is in a mechanical engagement state. The slider is to switch a state of the engaging mechanism between the mechanical engagement state and a mechanical disengagement state in accordance with a position of the slider. The hydraulic circuit is to change the position of the slider. The processor is configured to increase line pressure in the hydraulic circuit when the engaging mechanism is in the mechanical engagement state.

Locking Unit with Centre Piece

The disclosure relates to a locking unit, in particular for the parking lock of an automatic transmission, for locking the movement of a piston which is movable by a drive and in particular can be acted upon with pressure or hydraulic pressure, wherein the piston is at least partially mounted in a center section which is at least partially surrounded by a housing.
