Deep set safety valve

An actuator sub for generating hydraulic pressure having a sub housing which includes (i) an outer surface, (ii) a main flow passage extending though the sub housing, and (iii) a wall space formed between the main flow passage and the housing outer surface. At least a first hydraulic tube is position in the wall space and an equalization port is configured to transmit pressure in the main flow passage to the first hydraulic tube. A drive motor driving an bi-directional hydraulic motor, are positioned in the first hydraulic tube, with the hydraulic motor being configured to output fluid to a fluid outlet of the first hydraulic tube, and the hydraulic motor, when not under power, allowing the reverse flow of fluid through the hydraulic motor. The actuator sub includes the absence of a check valve along a path carrying fluid between the hydraulic motor and the outlet of the second hydraulic tube.

A method of removing hydraulic fluid from an aircraft hydraulic system is disclosed including a hydraulically actuated mechanism that is actuated by an electrohydraulic servo valve, a hydraulic fluid port through which hydraulic fluid can escape, and a hydraulic fuse with a closed state and an open state between the electrohydraulic servo valve and the hydraulic fluid port. The hydraulic fluid port is opened, and then the activation of the electrohydraulic servo valve is controlled to force hydraulic fluid to escape from the hydraulic system via the hydraulic fluid port, the control being so that the hydraulic fuse does not enter and remain in the closed state.

A pressure relief valve is disclosed with a first stage valve that is in series with a second stage valve, with an enclosed cavity between the first stage valve and the second stage valve. The first stage valve relieves pressure from an enclosure into the enclosed cavity between the stages, when the pressure is above a cracking pressure of the first stage valve. The second stage relieves pressure from the enclosed cavity when the pressure is above the cracking pressure of the second stage valve.

A gas regulator has a base and a blocking mechanism. The base has a transporting passage. The blocking mechanism has a plug, a first elastic unit, an elastic sealing sheet, and a switching unit. The plug is moveably mounted in the transporting passage and forms a gap for gas to pass through the transporting passage. The first elastic unit moves the plug to block an end opening of the transporting passage. The blocking chamber is formed between the elastic sealing sheet and the base. The switching unit is connected to the elastic sealing sheet and moves along with the deformation of the elastic sealing sheet relative to the plug. The switching unit abuts the plug to space the plug apart from the end opening. When the gas pressure is too high, the switching unit moves to allow the plug to move to block the end opening.

A pressure reducing valve for a fuel cell vehicle system which has an inlet, an outlet, a first stage unit, a second stage unit and a secondary safety device acting between the inlet and the first stage unit is provided. The secondary safety device is adapted to lower or stop a gas flow between the inlet and the first stage unit when the gas flow exceeds a preset threshold flow.

GAS PRESSURE REGULATOR

A gas pressure regulator includes a valve body and a valve cover. The valve cover is covered on the valve body. The valve body is provided with a valve cavity, and the valve cavity is connected to an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel. The valve cavity includes a primary pressure regulating cavity and a secondary pressure regulating cavity, and the primary pressure regulating cavity and the secondary pressure regulating cavity are communicated with each other through a valve port. The primary pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the air inlet channel, and a valve core pressure regulating assembly is disposed between the primary pressure regulating cavity and the air inlet channel. The secondary pressure regulating cavity is communicated with the air outlet channel. A lever pressure regulating assembly is disposed between the valve port and the secondary pressure regulating cavity.
