Tub faucet having a control valve with reduced backpressure
A water control system including a showerhead and a tub faucet. The faucet has a valve configured to automatically restrict fluid flow through the faucet and direct fluid to the showerhead as a function of a parameter, such as a predetermined water temperature. The faucet has many modes of operation, including a Reset Mode, an Auto-Divert Mode, a Bypass Mode, and a Cold Mode. A flow control device generates minimal back-pressure when in the Reset Mode such that water does not undesirably back flow to a shower head.
COOLANT CONTROL VALVE UNIT
A coolant control valve unit is provided. The valve unit includes a valve that opens and closes a coolant path and a rod that is extended from one side of the valve. A cam is also provided which includes a track formed with a predetermined inclination and a predetermined height along a rotation direction with respect to a rotation axis. The track thus presses the rod according to the rotation of the cam which is rotated about the rotation axis by and an actuator.
WATER SOFTENER VALVE AND WATER SOFTENER
Disclosed is a water softener valve and a water softener, the water softener valve includes a valve body, the valve body includes a valve cavity, and an inlet passage, an outlet passage, and a waste water passage all communicated with the valve cavity, the valve cavity, the inlet passage, the outlet passage, and the waste water passage all extend towards a first direction, the inlet passage, the outlet passage, and the waste water passage are all located at a periphery of the valve cavity, and adjacent to the valve cavity; ends of the inlet passage, the outlet passage, and the waste water passage which are all located at a same end of the valve body towards the first direction respectively form an inlet, an outlet, and a waste water port.
Linear Drive Apparatus
A linear drive apparatus including: a housing. Located inside the housing are an electric motor, a transmission gear, which meshes with an output gear on an output shaft of the electric motor, a gear shaft, and a linear motion assembly. The transmission gear is mounted on the gear shaft, the linear motion assembly is mounted to cooperate with the transmission gear, and converts rotational motion of the transmission gear to linear motion. An axis of the linear motion assembly is arranged in the same plane as an axis of the electric motor output shaft and an axis of the gear shaft. The linear drive apparatus has the advantages of a compact structure, small volume, light weight, and good heat dissipation.
MEDICAL PUSH BUTTON VALVE
A medical push button valve having a valve housing, a flow channel formed in the valve housing as well as a valve piston which is arranged displaceably in the valve housing between a position releasing the flow channel and a position closing the flow channel. The valve piston is operatively connected with a pressure element mounted on the valve housing and is spring-loaded via at least one spring element. The valve piston is biased into the position closing the flow channel with the spring-loaded pressure element. In order to provide a medical push button valve which allows for a simple and fatigue-free one-handed operation, the spring-loaded pressure element can be locked in at least one position in which the valve piston operatively connected with the pressure element at least partially releases the flow channel.
Tub faucet having a control valve without hammering
A water control system including a showerhead and a tub faucet. The faucet has a valve configured to automatically restrict fluid flow through the faucet and direct fluid to the showerhead as a function of a parameter, such as a predetermined water temperature. The faucet has many modes of operation, including a Reset Mode, an Auto-Divert Mode, a Bypass Mode, and a Cold Mode. One embodiment includes an auto divert tub faucet that can be reset with less than 10 lbs. of force that is ADA compliant. Another embodiment includes a faucet configured to prevent hammering. Another embodiment includes a faucet configured to prevent leakage over time, and another embodiment includes a universal adapter allowing the faucet to be joined to the adapter without requiring hardware.
Split Linkage Mechanism For Valve Assembly
A linkage mechanism for a valve assembly includes one of a slot and an engagement component operably coupled to at least one drive component and located eccentrically from a rotational axis of the at least one drive component, a link operably coupled to one end of a valve stem of a valve member and being moveable with the valve stem, the link having another one of a slot and an engagement component, and a rotatable lever coupled to at least one housing, the lever including one of a first slot and a first engagement component operably engaged with the one of the slot and the engagement component of the at least one drive component and one of a second slot and a second engagement component operably engaged with the one of the slot and the engagement component of the link, wherein rotation of the at least one drive component causes the lever to rotate to convert a rotational movement of the at least one drive component to a linear movement of the link such that the link, the valve stem, and the valve member are moved axially in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the valve stem.
Engine system having coolant control valve
An engine system having a coolant control valve unit includes: first and second valve members each having a rod protruding through a center part of the first and second valve members, respectively; a third valve member having a piston rod disposed through a center part of the third valve member; a temperature-sensitive driver attached to one side surface of the third valve member; a cam member contacted with an end part of the first and second rods and of the piston rod; and a cam member driver to rotate the cam member and control an opening of first, second, and third coolant passages by the first, second and third valve members, respectively. In particular, the other end part of the piston rod is inserted into the temperature-sensitive driver to push or pull the piston rod depending on a sensed temperature of the coolant.
