System and Method for Manifolding Portable Cryogenic Containers
A cryogenic fluid delivery manifold system includes a plurality of cryogenic supply tanks. A liquid flow manifold permits flow of liquid a use device. A vapor pressure manifold is coupled to the supply tanks and to a pusher tank for regulating and/or balancing pressure across the plurality of supply tanks.
HIGH ASPECT RATIO VACUUM AIR SAMPLING ASSEMBLY
A high aspect ratio vacuum air sampling assembly is disclosed including a first canister module. The canister module includes a high aspect ratio conduit having an aspect ratio of at least 30:1, an inlet disposed at an inlet end of the conduit, and an outlet with an outlet valve disposed at an outlet end of the conduit. The outlet is in fluid communication with the inlet through an internal volume of the conduit. An air sampling train is attached to and in fluid communication with the inlet, and includes an inlet valve, a precision orifice, and a flow controller. The inlet valve and the outlet valve are configured to isolate the internal volume of the conduit from fluid communication with an external environment when the inlet valve and the outlet valve are closed. The assembly may further include a second canister module or more in sequence.
HYDROGEN STATION
[Object] To enable a gas supply system to be easily transported and to increase a degree of freedom when the gas supply system is installed.
[Solution] A hydrogen station includes: a filling facility for filling a tank-mounted device with a gas; and a gas supply system for supplying the gas to the filling facility. The gas supply system includes: a compressor for compressing the gas; a compressor accommodating body for accommodating the compressor; a refrigerator for cooling the gas flowed into the filling facility or the gas just before being flowed into the filling facility, the refrigerator including an evaporation part, an expansion part, and a compression part; and a cooler accommodating body for accommodating the evaporation part, the expansion part, and the compression part. The compressor accommodating body and the cooler accommodating body are detachable from each other.
CONFORMABLE PRESSURE VESSEL
The conformable pressure vessel having: a plurality of individual pressure vessels, the individual pressure vessels each having an outer wall enclosing an inner volume. The inner volumes are fluidly connected to each other. The individual pressures vessels are oriented parallel to each other.
PRESSURE VESSEL FLUID MANIFOLD ASSEMBLY
A pressure vessel fluid manifold assembly includes a pressure vessel having a plurality of lobes joined to each other, each of the plurality of lobes having a wall disposed in contact with an adjacent wall of an adjacent lobe, and wherein the manifold can be external or internal to the lobes.
Fluid charging system, nozzle device, and receptacle device
A nozzle device includes: a charging nozzle configured to supply a charging fluid and provided to be connected to a receptacle provided in a subject; a cover member to surround the charging nozzle and the receptacle; and a fluid supply unit to supply an interior of the cover member with an anti-freezing fluid for inhibiting freezing between the charging nozzle and the receptacle, thereby obtaining an advantageous effect of preventing freezing of the receptacle and improving safety and reliability. In addition, the nozzle device may include a hydrophobic coating layer for inhibiting freezing.
LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS FUEL BARGE
A system that includes a marine vessel with a vaporizer skid disposed on the marine vessel. The vaporizer skid is configured to convert a liquid to a gas. The system further includes a first tank disposed on the marine vessel that is configured to store the liquid. The system further includes a plurality of header modules disposed on the marine vessel. The plurality of header modules form a piping network that provide a first flow path from the first tank to the vaporizer skid and a second flow path from the vaporizer skid to a connective interface. The connective interface is configured to provide a flow path from at least one of the plurality of header modules to an end-user system.
Multi-fuel service station
A method and system(s) are disclosed for integrating a new fuel into an operating transportation system in a continuous, seamless manner, such as diesel fuel being gradually replaced by compressed natural gas (“CNG”) in long haul trucks. Integration can be implemented using two enabling technologies. The first is an engine system capable of operating seamlessly on two or more fuels without regard to the ignition characteristics of the fuels. The second is a communications and computing system for implementing a fueling strategy that optimizes fuel consumption, guides the selection of fuel based upon location, cost and emissions and allows the transition from one fuel to another to appear substantially seamless to the truck driver.
AUTOMATIC AIR BACKUP SYSTEM
A system and method for maintaining overpressure in a logging unit or other pressurized space through interruptions is disclosed. A backup air supply comprising tanks mounted to a frame is operatively connected to the ambient environment of the logging unit through a valve assembly which also connects a conventional pressure setup (e.g., pumps and filters from the external environment). The valve assembly comprises two auto valves, a shuttle valve, and a pressure sensor that allow the logging unit to switch from the conventional external air supply to the tanks when the pressure detected from the conventional air supply falls below a predetermined level. The valve assembly is independently housed and may be mounted or detached from the frame housing the backup tanks.
COMPRESSED GAS DISCHARGE DEVICE
The invention relates to a gas discharge device (1) for a vehicle powered by compressed gas, comprising: —a gas manifold (11) having a hollow body and comprising: ⋅at least one port (12) configured to be in fluid communication with a compressed gas tank; and ⋅an opening (13) for discharging gas into the atmosphere; —a pipe (14) configured to connect the port (12) to a compressed gas tank; the pipe (14) being freely translatable in the port (12) to enable a first end (141) of the pipe (14) to move translationally along an axis (A) in the port (12).
