Reconstituted Cannabis Material For Generating Aerosols
An aerosol generating material is disclosed containing a reconstituted cannabis material. The reconstituted material can contain extracted cannabis fibers in combination with web building fibers, such as softwood fibers. The reconstituted cannabis material is capable of generating an aerosol, such as a smoke, that can have a conventional cannabis taste with reduced amounts of irritants and harsh components. In one embodiment, the reconstituted cannabis material is formed from plants that are low in cannabinoids, such as THC. Cannabinoids, such as THC and/or CBD, can then be topically applied to the reconstituted plant material for not only controlling the amount of cannabinoids contained in an aerosol generated by the material but also for producing consistent and uniform deliveries.

Capsule containing a matrix, device with the matrix, and method of forming the matrix
The capsule includes the matrix with one or more portions of a filler material. The filler material is a plant-based cellulose material. The one or more portions define interstices. A containing structure contains the matrix. A consumable substance is infused within the filler material. The consumable substance is nicotine, a flavorant, a pre-aerosol formulation, a combination thereof, or a sub-combination thereof. The device includes a heating section with the capsule.
ORAL COMPOSITION WITH NANOCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE
The disclosure provides a composition including nanocellulose and at least one active ingredient. Further provided is a fleece material including a nonwoven fabric and nanocellulose. The nanocellulose may be cellulose nanofibrils, nanocrystalline cellulose, or bacterial cellulose.
EXTRUDED SUBSTRATES FOR AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICES
The present disclosure provides a substrate in sheet form which includes at least one non-tobacco botanical material, or a flavorant, a botanical extract, or both; a binder; an aerosol forming material; and optionally, water and a tobacco material. The final form of the substrate can be configured for use in aerosol generating components for aerosol delivery devices. Further provided are aerosol generating components and aerosol delivery devices including the substrate in sheet form. Such devices utilize electrically generated heat or combustible ignition sources to heat the substrate, providing an inhalable substance in the form of an aerosol.
BEADED SUBSTRATES FOR AEROSOL DELIVERY DEVICES
The present disclosure provides a substrate in beaded form which includes at least one non-tobacco botanical material, or a flavorant, a botanical extract, or both; a binder; an aerosol forming material; optionally, water and a tobacco material; and optionally a filler. The final form of the substrate can be configured for use in aerosol generating components for aerosol delivery devices. Further provided are aerosol generating components and aerosol delivery devices including the substrate in beaded form. Such devices utilize electrically generated heat or combustible ignition sources to heat the substrate, providing an inhalable substance in the form of an aerosol.
SMOKING ARTICLE WITH HEAT RESISTANT SHEET MATERIAL
A smoking article includes a sheet material including a fibrous layer formed of cellulosic fibres and at least 50% by weight of inorganic filler material having a particle size in range of from 0.1 microns and 50 microns, wherein the sheet material has a tensile strength of at least 900 N/m. The fibrous layer includes a binder material, such as an organic binder material. The organic binder material can be a cellulosic binder material. A coating layer may be provided on at least one side of the fibrous layer.
Rods for use in smoking articles
A rod for use in a smoking article comprises a gathered sheet of homogenised tobacco material circumscribed by a wrapper. The sheet of homogenised tobacco material may comprises one or more aerosol-formers and have an aerosol former content of greater than 5% on a dry weight basis or of between 5% and 30% by weight on a dry weight basis. The rod may comprise a continuous element to which one or more additives have been applied, which is incorporated into the gathered continuous sheet of homogenised tobacco material. A method of forming the rod comprises the steps of: providing a continuous sheet of homogenised tobacco material; gathering the continuous sheet of homogenised tobacco material transversely relative to the longitudinal axis thereof; circumscribing the gathered continuous sheet of homogenised tobacco material with a wrapper to form a continuous rod; and severing the continuous rod into a plurality of discrete rods. The sheet of homogenised tobacco material is preferably crimped or otherwise textured.
HIGH VISCOSITY NICOTINE FORMULATION
A nicotine formulation for an aerosol-generating system is provided, the nicotine formulation including: one or more water-miscible polyhydric alcohols, the nicotine formulation having a water-miscible polyhydric alcohol content of greater than or equal to about 40 percent by weight, the nicotine formulation being solid at 25° C. or having a viscosity at 25° C. of greater than or equal to about 100 Pa.Math.s, the one or more water-miscible polyhydric alcohols including glycerine and propylene glycol, and a ratio of the weight percent glycerine content to the weight percent propylene glycol content of the nicotine formulation is greater than or equal to about 1.5.
