Electric Heating Device
An electric heating device comprises a housing with a partition wall which separates a connection chamber from a heating chamber for dissipating heat and from which at least one PTC heating device protrudes as a heating fin in the direction toward the heating chamber. The PTC heating device comprises at least one PTC element electrically connected to conductor tracks in the connection chamber. A temperature sensor is connected, in terms of data, to a control device and is accommodated in a sealed manner in a temperature sensor receptacle which is formed in a wall delimiting the heating chamber. The temperature sensor is accommodated in a sliding manner in the temperature sensor receptacle. A support prevents the temperature sensor from sliding out of the temperature sensor receptacle and/or directly plugs a temperature sensor contact element of the temperature sensor in the connection chamber into a printed circuit board.

A PTC heating element, including at least one PTC element and conductor tracks for energizing the PTC element with different polarities, is accommodated in the housing with the conductor tracks being electrically conductively connected to the PTC heating element and being are electrically connected in the connection chamber. A pressure element is received in the housing and holds heat extraction surfaces of the PTC element abutted against oppositely disposed inner surfaces of the receiving pocket. To reduce mechanical stress on the PTC element or an insulating layer and, while at the same time retaining the PTC heating element in the receiving pocket, at least one web acts in a positive-fit and/or force-fit manner on the pressure element.
HEATING ELEMENT, HEATING ASSEMBLY AND MOTOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure describes a heating element for, e.g., an electrically drivable motor vehicle. The heating element includes a heating body having large heating areas oriented opposite one another, at least one insulating body for electrical insulation, and at least one functional body for providing an electrical conducting function and a bonding function. The at least one functional body includes a pair of fiction bodies having large functional body areas oriented opposite to one another. The pair of functional bodies are arranged on the heating body such that at least one large heating area lies substantially with its full surface area against a respective large functional body area of the respective functional body. The at least one functional body is of a two-part or multi-part structure.

The invention relates to an electrical connection device (2) for electrically connecting a first pad (10) and a second pad (12) of an electrical power source (4) and electrical contacts (18, 19) of heating modules (6, 7), the first pad (10) having a first electrical potential that differs from that of the second pad (12), said connection device (2) comprising: at least one first electrically conductive tongue (32), intended to be electrically connected to the first pad (10) and to at least one electrical contact (19) of at least one heating module (6, 7); at least two second electrically conductive tongues (41), intended to be electrically connected to the second pad (12), and to other electrical contacts (18) of at least one heating module (6, 7), characterized in that the connection device (2) is electrically capable of electrically connecting the first pad (10) and the second pad (12) and the electrical contacts (18, 19) of a single heating module (6, 7) and that the connection device (2) is also capable of electrically connecting the first pad (10) and the second (12) and the electrical contacts (18, 19) of multiple heating modules (6, 7), the number of electrical contacts (18, 19) of this heating module (6, 7) and of each of these heating modules (6, 7) potentially being variable.
PTC HEATER
The present invention relates to a PT heater and, more specifically, to a PTC heater which: mechanically fixes a heating element, a terminal, an insulating layer, and a heat-radiating unit, which constitute the PTC heater, by bending a fixing projection of a hook structure formed at a heat rod; and further has an auxiliary fixing protrusion capable of fixing the position of the heating element so as to increase the adhesiveness between the PTC element and the heat-radiating unit, thereby enabling performance to improve and facilitating assembly through the heat rod.
ELECTRIC HEATING DEVICE WITH GROUNDING MEANS
A heating device 1 for an air-conditioning unit, said heating device 1 comprising a heating body 2 supplied with current in order to heat an airflow passing through said heating body 2, the heating body 2 comprising heating elements that are flowed through by said current and located in tubes 4 that are electrically insulated from the heating elements, said heating elements being controlled via a distribution unit 3, the heating device 1 comprising means for grounding a plurality of metal elements that are distributed in the heating body 2 and the distribution unit 3.
This device is characterized in that said grounding means consist of a grounding circuit passing through the heating body 2 and the distribution unit 3, at least one part of said grounding circuit being integrated into a protective housing 8 of the distribution unit 3.
ELECTRIC HEATING DEVICE WITH ELECTRODE HOUSING STATION
Heating device 1 for an air conditioning unit, the said heating device 1 comprising a heating body 2 powered with current via a distribution unit 3 to heat a flow of air passing through the said heating body 2, the heating body 2 comprising an alignment of tubes 4 in which there are: heating elements 8 through which the said current passes; electrodes 9 situated on each side of the heating elements 8 in order to supply them with electrical current. This heating device 1 is characterised in that the distribution units 3 comprises an electrode housing station 6 housing the electrodes 9, the said housing station 6 having a plurality of housings 17 to house the electrodes 9 and in which there are means for mechanically and electrically connecting the electrodes 9 to the distribution unit 3.
ELECTRICAL HEATING DEVICE COMPRISING EARTHING MEANS
The invention relates to a heating device (1) for an air-conditioning housing, said heating device (1) comprising a heating body (2) supplied with current for heating an air flow passing through said heating body (2), said heating body (2) comprising heating elements through which said current passes and which are arranged in electrically insulated tubes (4) of the heating elements, said heating elements being controlled via a distribution unit (3), said heating device (1) comprising means for earthing a plurality of metal elements distributed in the heating body (2) and the distribution unit (3). Said heating device (1) is characterised in that said earthing means consist of a single earthing circuit which passes through the heating body (2) and the distribution unit (3) and is formed by arranging said metal elements in series with direct contact between said metal elements.
CONNECTOR SYSTEM AND HEATER SYSTEM
The present disclosure concerns a connector system, e.g., for connecting an electrical component with a circuit board. The connector system includes an electrical heater-function-component having an electrical component-contact-surface for an electrical connection of the electrical heater-function-component. A circuit-board having an electrical board-contact surface is provided for an electrical connection of the circuit-board. A connector assembly connects the heater-function-component with the circuit-board. The connector assembly is arranged at the electrical component-contact-surface and the electrical board-contact-surface for connecting the heater-function-component with the circuit-board.
