CAPSULE-CONTAINING POUCHED PRODUCT FOR ORAL USE
A pouched product adapted for release of a releasable component therefrom is provided herein. The pouched product can include a water-permeable fabric pouch formed so as to define a cavity therein, and a composition contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the composition including one or more releasable components that are released from the composition under mouth conditions and that are capable of movement through the water-permeable fabric pouch. The composition includes nicotine and at least one particulate non-tobacco material. The pouched product also includes at least one capsule contained within the cavity of the water-permeable fabric pouch, the capsule having a capsule wall surrounding an inner payload comprising at least one botanical.

Solid oral nicotine formulation
A solid oral nicotine formulation is disclosed, the formulation comprises a nicotine-ion exchange resin combination, and a salt comprising inorganic divalent cations, wherein the salt has a water-solubility of at least 5 grams per 100 mL of water measured at 25 degrees Celsius, atmospheric pressure and pH 7.0.
Methods of selectively forming substituted pyrazines
Methods of selectively forming substituted pyrazines are provided. Methods of the present invention can include receiving a reaction solution including at least one carbon source and at least one nitrogen source, and heating the reaction solution to a reaction temperature and holding the reaction solution at the reaction temperature for a time sufficient to produce a reaction product comprising at least one substituted pyrazine. The carbon source can be selected from the group consisting of hydroxy ketone(s), sugar(s) treated with at least one buffer, and combinations thereof. Tobacco products incorporating substituted pyrazines are also provided.
Oral foam composition
The disclosure provides a foam composition including a cellulosic foam stabilizer, a sweetener, optionally a natural gum, water, and a flavoring agent or an active ingredient or both a flavoring agent and an active ingredient. The disclosure also provides a method of forming a foam composition, including mixing an aqueous slurry of a cellulosic foam stabilizer with a sweetener, an optional natural gum, an optional alkali metal salt, and a flavoring agent or an active ingredient or both a flavoring agent and an active ingredient to form a mixture; introducing air into the mixture through stirring or bubbling to form a foam; dividing the foam into a plurality of discrete portions; and optionally drying the discrete portions of foam.

Methods to add menthol, botanic materials, and/or non-botanic materials to a cartridge, and/or an electronic vaping device including the cartridge
A cartridge may include a housing, a liquid supply reservoir in the housing and configured to store a pre-vapor formulation, a vaporizer, and a porous plug. The vaporizer may be in liquid communication with the liquid supply reservoir. The vaporizer may be configured to generate a vapor from heating a portion of the pre-vapor formulation. The porous plug may be connected to the housing and separated from the liquid supply reservoir. The porous plug may be permeable to the vapor. The porous plug may enclose a flavoring additive contacting a storage material. The flavoring additive may be configured to at least partially elute from the storage material or at least partially volatilize from the storage material if the vapor flows through the porous plug. An e-vaping device may include the cartridge.
