WORKING VEHICLE
A working machine includes a cooling fan, and a first cooling device and a second cooling device that are disposed in series in a flow passage of cooling air that is generated by the cooling fan. The first cooling device is disposed upstream of the second cooling device in a direction of flow of the cooling air, and has a heat-exchange suppressing portion that is provided at a portion corresponding to a region in a rotation center vicinity of the cooling fan and that suppresses heat exchange between the cooling air and a fluid that flows in the first cooling device.
Cooling module
A cooling module including a first heat exchanger cooling a first heat exchange medium, a second heat exchanger cooling a second heat exchange medium, a third heat exchanger cooling a third heat exchange medium, and a fan and shroud assembly arranged in parallel in an air flow direction, wherein a flow of the first heat exchange medium inside first tubes forming the first heat exchanger is perpendicular to a flow of the second heat exchange medium inside second tubes forming the second heat exchanger and parallel with a flow of the third heat exchange medium inside third tubes forming the third heat exchanger. The cooling module capable of sufficiently securing the first heat exchange medium condensing performance, the third heat exchange medium cooling performance, and the second heat exchange medium cooling performance and being miniaturized.
HEAT EXCHANGING SYSTEM
A heat exchanging system includes a frame and at least one heat exchanger. The frame has first and second base members, and first and second sets of crossmembers. The first and second sets of crossmembers extend from the first and second base members, respectively, in opposing directions. The first set of crossmembers engages the second set of crossmembers to form adjoined crossmembers extending between the first and second base members. The crossmembers define at least one window between the first and second base members. The first set of crossmembers is adjustable relative to the second set of crossmembers to increase or decrease a length of each window between the first and second base members. The at least one heat exchanger is disposed within the at least one window.
Liquid cooling device and projection device
A liquid cooling device includes a first liquid cooling row having a first inflow end and a first outflow end for liquid to flow in a first direction, a second liquid cooling row having a second inflow end and a second outflow end, and a fan. The second liquid cooling row is disposed opposite to the first liquid cooling row. The second inflow end is connected to the first outflow end for the liquid flowing out from the first outflow end to flows in a second direction opposite to the first direction. Airflow generated by the fan sequentially flows through the second and first liquid cooling rows to cool the liquid. A projection device having the liquid cooling device is also provided.
HEADER OF HEAT EXCHANGER
A cylindrical header of a heat exchanger includes a central member, front-side and rear-side members extending longitudinally on front and rear sides of the central member to form front-side and rear-side spaces along with the central member. The central member has a first flange covering a front-side-member-first-end part and a rear-side-member-first-end part from outside when viewed in cross-section, and a second flange covering a front-side-member-second-end part and a rear-side-member-second-end part from outside when viewed in cross-section. The front-side member is joined to the central member with the front-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the front-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange. The rear-side is joined to the central member with the rear-side-member-first-end part facing an inner surface of the first flange, and the rear-side-member-second-end part facing an inner surface of the second flange.
HEAT EXCHANGER FIXING STRUCTURE OF AIR CONDITIONER
A heat exchanger fixing structure, for two or more heat exchangers bent in multiple layers, includes two or more plates respectively fixed to one ends of the two or more heat exchangers, wherein portions of the two or more plates may overlap each other, and the two or more heat exchangers are connected and fixed to each other by fastening a fastening member to the overlapping portions.
Heat exchanger mounting structure
A heat exchanger mounting structure is provided with a bracket, a load supporting section, a fitting member, and a contact section. The bracket is provided to one of a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger. The load supporting section is provided to the other heat exchanger to which the bracket is not provided, and supports a load transmitted from the one of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger. The fitting member is provided to the one of the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, to which the bracket is provided, and is fitted over the load supporting section. The contact section is in contact with at least a part of the upper portion of the bracket.
Active seal arrangement for use with vehicle condensers
An active seal arrangement operably connected to a radiator and condenser of a vehicle. The arrangement includes at least one movable seal. The seal is selectively movable between a closed, air-restricting position and an open, air-passing position. The seal is slidably attached to a side wall fitted between the radiator and the condenser. A position controller operably connected to at least one sensor regulates the position of the seal.
Method and system for cooling a fluid with a microchannel evaporator
A microchannel evaporator includes a plurality of microchannels. Each of the plurality of microchannels includes a first end and a second end. A first end-tank is coupled to each first end of the plurality of microchannels and a second end-tank is coupled to each second end of the plurality of microchannels. A second-fluid inlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to receive a fluid into the microchannel evaporator and a second-fluid outlet is coupled to either the first end-tank or the second end-tank and configured to expel the fluid from the microchannel evaporator. Each microchannel of the plurality of microchannels includes at least one bend along a length thereof.
