Aircraft hydraulic system with a dual spool valve and methods of use
A dual spool valve and methods of controlling hydraulic fluid that is moved to a hydraulic actuator of an aircraft. The dual spool valve may include ports to receive and discharge hydraulic fluid. The dual spool valve may also include first and second valve sections that are selectively positionable to control the flow of hydraulic fluid into and out of the actuator. One position provides for hydraulic fluid to move through closure lines. Method of controlling the dual spool valve may provide for selectively positioning the valve sections to control the flow of hydraulic fluid, and to position the valve sections to move hydraulic fluid through a closure line during certain circumstances.
CAP WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPORTIONAL VALVE
A cap with electromagnetic proportional valve, includes a pilot cap mounted on a valve housing and defining a pilot chamber, and an electromagnetic proportional valve mounted on the pilot cap and adapted to control a pressure of a working fluid supplied to the pilot chamber. The pilot cap includes a supply port into which a working fluid of a fluid pressure supply source is supplied, a discharge port from which the working fluid is discharged to the tank, a primary pressure passage which leads the working fluid at a primary pressure to the electromagnetic proportional valve from the supply port, a secondary pressure passage which leads the working fluid whose pressure is reduced to a secondary pressure by the electromagnetic proportional valve to the pilot chamber, and a drain passage which leads the working fluid discharged from the electromagnetic proportional valve to the discharge port.
Integrated multiple valve manifold
An integrated multiple valve manifold that is reduced in size and weight by integrally incorporating a plurality of valve mechanisms in one manifold. The one manifold, which is formed of an extruded material through which a fluid supply hole and fluid discharge holes extend, includes a plurality of valve holes each of which communicates with the fluid supply hole and the fluid discharge holes by directly intersecting both of the fluid supply hole and the fluid discharge holes, output ports that are formed so as to individually communicate with the valve holes, spools that are slidably inserted into the valve holes, and electromagnetic pilot valves that are individually attached to one ends or both ends of the valve holes.
Hydraulic valve body and hydraulic valve mechanism comprising the body
A hydraulic valve body, comprising two main lines for bringing pressurized hydraulic fluid into the body's channel system and further out of the channel system. The body further comprises at least two outlet fittings for conducting hydraulic fluid from the body's channel system to actuators and two respective inlet fittings for conducting hydraulic fluid from the actuators back into the channel system.
Method for forming hydraulic actuator hydraulic oil passage
A method for forming hydraulic oil passages for hydraulic actuators according to an aspect of the present invention includes: forming a valve block mount surface including first and second regions on an outer surface of a housing; collecting valves for hydraulic actuators belonging to a main function group to a main function valve block that is mountable directly or indirectly on the first region; collecting valves for hydraulic actuators belonging to an additional function group to an additional function valve block that is mountable directly or indirectly on the second region; and mounting the valve blocks on corresponding regions of the valve block mount surface, and thereby, the hydraulic actuators to be mounted are fluidly connected to each other so that the hydraulic actuators are operable by using hydraulic oil from a common oil source.
Aircraft hydraulic system with a dual spool valve and methods of use
A dual spool valve and methods of controlling hydraulic fluid that is moved to a hydraulic actuator of an aircraft. The dual spool valve may include first and second manifolds that each includes a movable spool. Multiple ports are positioned in each of the manifolds. The movable spools are positionable within their respective manifolds to control the movement of the hydraulic fluid that is supplied to and removed from the hydraulic actuator.
Housing Block, Method for Producing a Housing Block, and Core
A housing block includes channels formed in an interior of the housing block with at least one of the channels having a slot or flat-channel geometry at least in portions. A method is disclosed for producing the housing block. A sand core is disclosed to be used with the method for producing the housing block.
PNEUMATIC SYSTEM HAVING NOISE REDUCTION FEATURES FOR A MEDICAL FLUID MACHINE
A pneumatic system for a medical fluid machine operating a medical fluid cassette, the pneumatic system including an interface for supplying positive pneumatic pressure and negative pneumatic pressure to the medical fluid cassette; a source of positive pneumatic pressure; a source of negative pneumatic pressure; and a pneumatic pump including a first head and a second head, wherein the first head is dedicated to supplying positive pneumatic pressure to the positive pneumatic pressure source and the second head is dedicated to supplying negative pneumatic pressure to the negative pneumatic pressure source.
Hydraulic Block for a Hydraulic Assembly of a Brake Pressure Control System of a Hydraulic Vehicle Brake System
A hydraulic block for a hydraulic assembly of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes a metal-plastic composite part with a metal part and a further part. The metal part includes sleeve-like brake line ports, sleeve-like valve receptacles, sleeve-like pump receptacles, and pipes as connecting lines. The further part is a plastic part that is injection-molded around the metal part to form the hydraulic block in a cuboid shape.
Open center control valve
An example valve section includes: a housing having: (i) a longitudinal bore, (ii) a first and second workport passages configured to be fluidly coupled to an actuator, (iii) a first and second return passages, (iv) an open-center passage configured to be fluidly coupled to a source of fluid, and (v) a supply passage disposed between the first and second workport passages. The valve section also includes a spool movable in the longitudinal bore to shift between: (i) a neutral position that allows the open-center passage to permit fluid flow therethrough, and (ii) a shifted position that allows fluid to be diverted from the open-center passage to the supply passage, and connects the supply passage to either the first or second workport passage while connecting the other workport passage to a corresponding return passage of the first and second return passages.
