Further, the widths of all air-passing spaces in the left-right direction are equal to one another, the tube heights Ht of all refrigerant flow tubes are equal to one another, and the fin heights HF of all corrugated fins are equal to one another. The core width W, the tube pitch Tp (the distance between the thicknesswise centers of the refrigerant flow tubes located on the left and right sides of each air-passing space), the tube height Ht, and the fin height Hf are such that W=27 to 32 mm, Tp=4.3 to 5.5 mm, Ht=1.3 to 1.5 mm, Hf=3.0 to 4.0 mm, and Ht/Hf=0.325 to 0.500.
Vehicle interior heat exchanger and inter-header connecting member of vehicle interior heat exchanger
Cooling performance is secured by reducing a compression loss when a high-pressure gas refrigerant is allowed to flow without heat exchange on cooling in a vehicle interior heat exchanger. In the vehicle interior heat exchanger, an upstream header and a downstream header are communicated and connected with the same end side of the refrigerant circulation tubes of an upstream tube group and a downstream tube group where the refrigerant circulation tubes are stacked. Internal spaces of the upstream header and the downstream header are communicated and connected with each other via communication holes in the boss portions of the connecting member. In the vehicle interior heat exchanger, the total opening area of the communication holes is set such that the percentage thereof, with respect to the total opening area of the channel on the uppermost stream side of the upstream tube group, is in the range of 38% to 93%.
REFRIGERANT DIVERTER
A refrigerant diverter diverts inflowing refrigerant and to cause the refrigerant to flow out to a downstream side. The refrigerant diverter includes a vertically extending diverter case, and a vertically extending rod-shaped rod member disposed inside the diverter case. The diverter case has a plurality of diverting channels disposed along a circumferential direction, a diverting space arranged to guide the refrigerant to the diverting channels, and a plurality of expelling spaces that communicate with the diverting space through the diverting channels, the expelling spaces being disposed along a vertical direction. The diverting channels are configured from a plurality of holes extending in a longitudinal direction of the rod member and integrally formed in the rod member.
Heat exchange device including a protection device
The present invention relates to a heat exchange device (10) for a motor vehicle including a heat exchanger (12) with first and second collector plates (26; 28), first and second header boxes (30; 56) attached to the collector plates (26; 28) and a bundle (18; 20) of pipes (22) extending between the first and second collector plates (30; 56). Each of the collector plates (30; 56) forms a groove (54; 72) between the pipes (22) of the pipe bundle (18; 20) and a lateral end (50; 68) of the respective collector plate (30; 56). A perforated protective device (14) for the pipes (22) is attached to the heat exchanger (12) using attachment means (78, 80) bearing against the inside of the grooves (54, 72) in the first and second collector plates (26; 28).
Heat exchanger
A heat exchanger carries out heat exchange between a refrigerant that undergoes a phase change during heat exchange and another heating medium. The heat exchanger includes headers having the refrigerant flowing through interiors, a plurality of multi-hole first flat tubes, and a plurality of second flat tubes. The first flat tubes extend in a direction intersecting a lengthwise direction of the headers. The first flat tubes have a plurality of refrigerant flow channels with the refrigerant flowing through the refrigerant flow channels. The second flat tubes are stacked alternately with respect to the first flat tubes, with the other heating medium flowing through the second flat tubes. The headers are arranged to extend along a horizontal direction.
Condenser assembly system for an appliance
An appliance includes a compact condenser assembly formed with at least two separately and independently produced wire on tube condensers. Each of the at least two wire on tube condensers has a condenser inlet and a condenser outlet. The at least two wire on tube condensers are at least substantially locked and positioned in a matingly engaged configuration forming a compact condenser assembly. The at least two wire on tube condensers are configured to be operationally connected in at least one of a parallel configuration, a series configuration, a selectable configuration, and a bypass configuration.
Parallel-connected condensation device
The present invention provides a parallel-connected condensation device, comprising a front condensation unit, a rear condensation unit, and a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The front condensation unit is parallel to the rear condensation unit. The heat dissipation fins is inserted into the front condensation unit and the rear condensation unit. The front condensation unit and the rear condensation unit comprise a plurality of confluence chambers. The confluence chambers are connected with each other to form a plurality of flow channels.
