CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve includes: housing with a Pc port, a Pd port, a first Ps port and a second Ps port; a main valve element having a main valve portion adapted to contact with and separate from a main valve seat to close and open a communication between the Pd port and the Pc port by a drive force of a solenoid; an intermediate communication path communicating with the Pc port and the first Ps port; a pressure-sensitive valve configured to open and close the intermediate communication path by an ambient pressure; and a differential pressure valve including a differential pressure valve element configured to open and close a communication between the Pc port and the second Ps port and a communication between the Pc port and a pressure-sensitive chamber by the differential pressure valve element moved by a pressure.
Variable-capacity compressor control valve
Provided is a variable-capacity compressor control valve that is compact and is capable of suppressing the influence of the pressure difference between the crank chamber pressure Pc, the suction pressure Ps, and the like. A valve body includes an in-valve release passage for releasing a pressure Pc in a crank chamber to a suction chamber of a compressor via a Ps inlet/outlet port. A sub valve element adapted to open or close the in-valve release passage along with movement of the plunger is provided.
Displacement control valve
Provided is A displacement control valve which includes a valve housing, a valve element constituting a main valve that contacts and separates from a main valve seat, for opening and closing communication between discharge ports and control ports by driving force of a solenoid, a pressure-sensitive valve that opens and closes according to ambient pressure, and a pressure-sensitive valve member constituting the pressure-sensitive valve together with a pressure-sensitive element. The valve element and the pressure-sensitive valve member are formed with an intermediate communicating passage which allows communication between the control ports and the suction ports by opening and closing of the pressure-sensitive valve.
VARIABLE-CAPACITY COMPRESSOR CONTROL VALVE
A variable-capacity compressor control valve that can efficiently cancel the influence of the refrigerant pressure acting on a main valve element and avoid increase in complexity of the structure and size of the control valve is provided. A pressure equalizing passage is provided which is adapted to guide a pressure Pc in a crank chamber acting on the lower end of a main valve element to a pressure-sensitive chamber so that the pressure Pc in the crank chamber acts on the upper end of the main valve element. When an electromagnetic actuator or a solenoid portion thereof is not supplied with current i.e., when a valve orifice is fully open, the introduction of a suction pressure Ps from Ps inlet/outlet ports Ps inlet/outlet chamber into the pressure-sensitive chamber is stopped, and the pressure Pc in the crank chamber is introduced into the pressure-sensitive chamber via the pressure equalizing passage so that the pressure Pc in the crank chamber acts on the upper and lower ends of the main valve element.
VARIABLE-CAPACITY COMPRESSOR CONTROL VALVE [AS AMENDED]
Provided is a variable-capacity compressor control valve with a reduced number of components and thus with a reduced cost, and also with stabilized controllability. A pushrod is disposed between a bellows device, which is a pressure-sensitive reaction member, and a sub valve element, and a plunger spring (i.e., an urging member) adapted to urge the sub valve element and the pushrod in directions away from each other is disposed between the sub valve element and the pushrod so as to urge the sub valve element in the direction to close the in-valve release passage and hold the bellows device within the pressure-sensitive chamber via the pushrod.
Control valve for variable displacement compressor
A control valve includes: a first valve to control a flow rate of refrigerant flowing from a discharge chamber to a control chamber of a compressor; a second valve to control a flow rate of the refrigerant flowing from the control chamber to a suction chamber; a solenoid to generate a drive force in a first valve closing direction and a second valve opening direction; a biasing member to generate a biasing force in an first valve opening direction and a second valve closing direction; and a pressure sensing part to sense a pressure in the suction chamber or the control chamber, and generate a counterforce against the drive force. A state in which both of the first and second valves are open is present during an increase in the current supplied to the solenoid from zero to an upper limit current value, and an increase rate of an opening degree of the first valve is increased during a decrease in the current supplied to the solenoid, a predetermined lower limit current value being an inflection point of the increase.
CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
A capacity control valve for controlling a capacity of a fluid includes: a valve housing; a main valve closing and opening a communication between a Pc port and a Pd port when a main valve portion of a main valve element driven by a drive force of a solenoid comes into contact with and separates from a main valve seat; a pressure-sensitive valve which is opened by an ambient pressure; a hollow tube member which forms a part of the pressure-sensitive valve and allows the Pc port to communicate with a Ps port through a hollow communication path formed therein when the pressure-sensitive valve is opened; and an auxiliary communication path which allows the Pc port to communicate with the Ps port independently of the pressure-sensitive valve, in which the auxiliary communication path is configured to be able to increase a flow path cross-sectional area after the main valve is closed.
CONTROL VALVE AND VARIABLE CAPACITY COMPRESSOR
A control valve and a variable capacity compressor which are capable of preventing an unnecessary loss of control gas to improve efficiency of the compressor reduces loss of control gas by eliminating a fixed orifice hole in an existing valve assembly and forming it in a control valve or a passage connecting the control valve and a crank chamber. The size of the fixed orifice hole is variable (which is possible by selectively opening and closing a plurality of holes) depending on the operation of the compressor. On the other hand, forming the fixed orifice hole in the passage connecting the control valve and the crank chamber causes the loss of control gas to be reduced because the fixed orifice hole can be machined to a smaller size compared to an existing orifice hole, the minimum size of which is limited due to difficulty of machining.
ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE
An electromagnetic valve has a valve housing; a valve body disposed inside the valve housing and movable in a reciprocating manner; an urging member configured to urge the valve body in one direction; and a drive device which is connected to the valve housing and applies a drive force to the valve body. A drive rod of the drive device includes a guide portion which faces an inner peripheral surface of a fixed iron core such that a movement of the drive rod is guided in an axial direction and a groove portion which is recessed in an inward radial direction from the guide portion and the groove portion is continuously formed from an inside of the valve housing to an inside of a movable iron core.
