In a state in which the first control valve 300 closes the supply passage 145 and in which a valve seat side end surface 442a of a valve portion 442 of the spool 440 is spaced away from a valve seat 103f to a maximum degree, an end wall side end surface 442b of the valve portion 442 abuts an end wall 432 of the dividing member 430, whereby communication between the valve chamber 420 and the back-pressure chamber 410 via a through-hole 432a of the end wall 432 is cut off.
DISPLACEMENT CONTROL VALVE
Provided is a displacement control valve capable of quickly reducing pressure in a control chamber to a level of pressure kept during continuous driving, at the time of the startup of a variable displacement compressor.
The valve housing is provided with a through hole constituting a part of a first communicating passage that communicates with pressure chamber at one end thereof and that is communicable with a second valve chest at the other end thereof.
Control valve for variable displacement compressor

CAPACITY CONTROL VALVE
In an exemplary embodiment, a capacity control valve is provided with a throttle valve portion 12 having a communication hole 23 and a second valve hole 12A. The communication hole 23 is provided between a second valve portion 21B and a third valve portion 21A and makes an intermediate communication passage 26 communicate with a third valve chamber 4. The second valve hole 12A is provided between a second valve chamber 6 and the third valve chamber 4. An amount of narrowing of the throttle valve portion 12 in relation to a stroke of a valve element 21 is large when the second valve portion 21B initially opens by separating from a second valve seat face 6A, and then becomes less after the initial opening of the valve. The capacity control valve is capable of shortening a start-up time and improving the operating efficiency of a variable capacity compressor.
Capacity control valve
A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided a discharge port through which a discharge fluid of discharge pressure Pd passes, a suction port through which a suction fluid of suction pressure Ps passes, and a control port through which a control fluid of control pressure Pc passes, a rod configured to be driven by a solenoid, a main valve formed by a main valve seat and a main valve element and configured for opening and closing a communication between the discharge port and the control port in accordance with a movement of the rod, and a CS valve provided between the control port and the suction port and controlled by a dynamic pressure of a fluid flowing from the discharge port to the control port at an opening state of the main valve.
VARIABLE-CAPACITY COMPRESSOR CONTROL VALVE AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING THE SAME
