Capacity control valve

A capacity control valve includes a valve housing discharge, port, a suction port, and control ports, and a valve element to be brought into contact with and separated from a valve seat by a driving force of a solenoid to open and close a communication between the control and discharge ports or communication between the control port and the suction port. A sliding region is formed by an inner peripheral surface of the valve housing and an outer peripheral surface of the valve element, a groove extending in a circumferential direction is formed in at least one of the housing inner peripheral surface of the valve housing and the outer peripheral surface of the valve element, and the sliding region has a structure in which a swirling current is generated in the groove by fluid flowing from a high-pressure side to a low-pressure side in a clearance between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the valve element.

Capacity control valve

A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a discharge port, suction ports, a control port and a primary valve driven by a solenoid. The capacity control valve further includes a differential CS valve which includes a differential CS valve body disposed so as to be relatively movable in an axial direction with respect to the primary valve bodies. The differential CS valve body divides a control pressure chamber into a discharge side control chamber communicating with the first control port and a suction side control chamber communicating with the second control port in the axial direction and operates the differential CS valve body by a differential pressure between the discharge side control chamber and the suction side control chamber so as to open the second control port and the suction port.

Capacity control valve having a throttle valve portion with a communication hole

A capacity control valve is provided with a throttle valve portion having a communication hole and a second valve hole. The communication hole is provided between a second valve portion and a third valve portion and makes an intermediate communication passage communicate with a third valve chamber. The second valve hole is provided between a second valve chamber and the third valve chamber. An amount of narrowing of the throttle valve portion in relation to a stroke of a valve element is set larger when the second valve portion initially opens by separating from a second valve seat face, and then becomes narrower after the initial opening of the valve. The capacity control valve is capable of shortening a start-up time and improving the operating efficiency of a variable capacity compressor.

A capacity control valve includes a valve housing formed with a discharge port, a suction port, and first and second control ports, a rod arranged in the valve housing and driven by a solenoid, a CS valve 50 configured to control a fluid flow between the first control port and the suction port in accordance with a movement of the rod, and a DC valve configured to control a fluid flow between the second control port and the discharge port in accordance with the movement of the rod. In a non-energization state of the solenoid, the CS valve is closed and the DC valve is opened. As the energization of the solenoid becomes larger, the CS valve transitions from a closed state to an open state, and the DC valve is throttled from an open state and thereafter transitions to the open state.

A capacity control valve includes a valve housing provided with a Ps port through which a suction fluid at a suction pressure passes and a Pc port through which a control fluid at a control pressure passes; a valve body configured to close and open a communication between the Pc port and the Ps port by a driving force of a solenoid; and a pressure sensitive body that applies a biasing force to the valve body according to a surrounding fluid pressure. An accommodation chamber in which a rear side portion of the valve body is accommodated is provided with a supply passage to which suction fluid is supplied.

A capacity control valve includes valve housings to which a suction fluid of a suction pressure Ps and a control fluid of a control pressure Pc are supplied; a solenoid; a CS valve formed of a CS valve body that partitions an inside of the valve housings into a first space and a second space and moves according to the suction pressure Ps of the suction fluid and the control pressure Pc of the control fluid, and a CS valve seat with which the CS valve body is configured for coming into contact; a biasing member that biases the CS valve body in a valve closing direction of the CS valve; and a pilot valve formed of a pilot valve body to be driven by the solenoid and a pilot valve seat with which the pilot valve body is configured for coming into contact.

A release control valve 51 has a valve element 60 including a valve body 62 which, being disposed, in a valve housing space 50 provided on a supply passage 40, so as to be movable in an axial direction of the valve housing space 50, varies the degree of opening of the communication between a control pressure chamber 4 and a branch passage 43, and a flange 63 which is abutted, in an axial direction of the valve housing space, against a shoulder 52 formed on the inner peripheral wall of the valve housing space 50, thereby sealing between the valve body 62 and the inner peripheral wall of the valve housing space 50, wherein a configuration is such that the branch passage 43 is covered by the valve body 62 in a state in which the flange 63 is abutted against the shoulder 52.

A main valve including a valve body is driven by a solenoid, and a main valve seat which is between a discharge port and a control port and with which the valve body can contact, a pressure sensitive valve member forms a pressure sensitive valve, together with a pressure sensitive body disposed in a pressure sensitive chamber. The control port and a suction port communicate with each other through an intermediate communication passage by opening and closing of the pressure sensitive valve. The pressure sensitive valve member has a through-hole communicating with the intermediate communication passage, and has an opening and closing member attached thereto such that the opening and closing member is restricted in movement with respect to the valve housing by restriction device and slides relative to the pressure sensitive valve member to open and close the through-hole.

A slide valve body slides relative to the pressure sensitive valve member to open and close a through-hole communicating with the intermediate communication passage. The slide valve body partitions the pressure sensitive chamber into a Pd side space and a Pc side space, and a Pd-Pc flow passage providing communication between two spaces and is formed in the slide valve body.
