STABILIZER LINK
A stabilizer link of the present invention includes connecting parts that has a housing which supports a ball stud to be connected to the first or second structure so as to be swingable and rotatable, wherein the ball stud has a stud part extending from a spherical part and the housing houses a support member to support a spherical part of the ball stud in a spherical space so as to be slidable, wherein the support member includes: an opening where the spherical space is open for the stud part; a lubricant receiving part in a concave shape that faces the opening; and a wall surface that forms the spherical space for the spherical part to slide thereon and has recessed grooves formed on both sides or one side of a portion of the wall surface having the maximum inner radius about the central axis of the spherical space.
Ball joint and method of manufacturing the same
A ball sheet is formed in a manner such that an inclined surface is inclined relative to an axis-perpendicular direction (B) at a first inclination angle (). A projecting part projecting at an outer edge portion of an opening part of a sheet body of the ball sheet in the axis-perpendicular direction (B) is supported by a supporting part inclined relative to the axis-perpendicular direction (B). A swaged part is deformed by swaging so as to be inclined relative to the axis-perpendicular direction (B) along a specified third inclination angle () larger than the first inclination angle (). The projecting part is clamped between the supporting part and the swaged part at a position corresponding to at least a part of the inclined surface that is inclined to a tip side of the projecting part relative to the axis-perpendicular direction (B) along the specified first inclination angle () toward an outer edge portion on the sheet body side.
BALL JOINT
A ball joint having a housing, an opening and an inner circumferential surface facing the opening and extending around a longitudinal axis. The housing holds a ball socket that opens toward the opening and has an overlap region that is inclined radially inward, in the direction of the opening, and which, with the circumferential surface, delimits an annular space. A ball pin having a joint ball is mounted in the socket and extends out of the housing through the opening. A locking ring is inserted into the annular space and fixed axially between the socket and an inner shoulder located adjacent the opening. An outer circumferential surface of the locking ring abuts the circumferential surface and a surface which abuts an area of the overlap region and which is inclined inwardly toward the longitudinal axis in the direction of the pin opening. The locking ring is an open ring.
Assembly for ball and socket joints
An assembly for a ball and socket joint forming a universal joint is disclosed as including a socket joint assembly comprising a first dual-ended sphere-receiving element and a second dual-ended sphere-receiving element joined together by a flush fitting joint.
Ball joint
A ball joint includes a bearing seat in the form of a resin ball seat provided within a seat-accommodating portion of a metal socket for slidably and rotatably receiving a ball portion of a ball stud. An end portion of the seat-accommodating portion through which the stud portion passes extends towards the stud portion beyond the spherical center of the ball portion. The ball seat has a covering portion formed on the outer side of a seat opening portion of a ball-accommodating portion which has a spherical shape conforming to a sliding surface of the ball portion of the ball stud. The covering portion is formed by bending the seat opening portion such that it covers the outer periphery of the opening portion of the seat-accommodating portion of the socket.
Ball joint
A ball joint reducing influence on a characteristic by fixing a plug by swaging while preventing corotation of a bearing sheet. The ball joint includes a housing-including a housing body part and the plug fixed to the housing body part at one end portion thereof by swaging and closing the housing body part at the one end portion. The ball joint includes the cylindrical bearing sheet rotatably holding a ball part and housed and held in the housing. The bearing sheet includes a groove formed at an end facing the plug. The plug includes a projection inserted into the groove. The height of the projection is less than the depth of the groove, the width of the projection is greater than the width of the groove, and the projection contacts the bearing sheet at a width smaller on an inner side than on an outer side relative to the groove.
INPUT DEVICE
An input device includes an input rod, a piston, and a cylindrical member. The cylindrical member includes a rod, a locking part, and a slit. The rod receiving part is provided on one end side in an axial direction and configured to receive the end part of the input rod. The locking part is formed on the other end side in the axial direction so as to lock an engaging part of the piston, thereby preventing the input rod from falling off the piston. The slit is formed over the length of the whole of the cylindrical member in the axial direction. The cylindrical member can be elastically deformed in a radial direction due to the slit.
JOINT ASSEMBLY
A joint assembly includes a housing having a concave inner cup. The concave inner cup includes an inner surface having one or more angled grooves extending around at least a portion of a circumference of the inner surface. A liner can be molded into the inner cup. The liner fills the one or more angled grooves such that the liner is mechanically secured to the inner surface of the inner cup. A corresponding cap can also include similar angled grooves and liner.
Ball joint assembly for vehicle, stabilizer link including same, and method for manufacturing ball joint assembly for vehicle
A ball joint assembly for a vehicle includes a mounting part including an inner circumference part forming a hole in a vertical direction; a ball stud including a ball and a stud extending from the ball; a bearing coupled to surround the ball and disposed in the hole; and an insert molding part for filling the space of the hole formed between the inner circumference part and the outer surface of the bearing. The inner circumference part includes at least one upper protruding part protruding from an upper area thereof in a direction toward a central axis of the hole and at least one lower protruding part protruding from a lower area thereof in a direction toward the central axis.
Ball joint and manufacturing method therefor
A ball joint is disclosed. The ball joint comprises: a ball stud including a ball and a stud; a bearing coupled to the ball stud so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the ball; a ball casing for accommodating the ball and the bearing therein; and an insert filled inside the ball casing, and coupled to the ball casing and the bearing, and further includes rotation-preventing wings extending outwards in the radial direction from the outer surface of the bearing, and coming into contact with the inner surface of the ball casing so as to prevent the bearing from rotating when an external pressure is applied to the bearing.
