The sliding members can be formed compact and is applicable to equipment for rotation in both directions, while sliding torque reduction and sealing function improvement can be realized.

Link chain, in particular bush chain

A link chain, in particular bush chain, comprising an inner link plate with a bush, an outer link plate with a pin, wherein the pin and bush form a chain joint, wherein a sealing arrangement is provided for sealing the chain joint, wherein the sealing arrangement is arranged between the inner link plate and the outer link plate, and wherein the sealing arrangement comprises a seal and a seal-accommodating space, characterized in that in that the seal-accommodating space is formed from a thrust washer and an annular cutout, in particular in the outer link plate, wherein a ring, which is designed in the form of a metal ring, is arranged in the seal-accommodating space, or in that the seal-accommodating space is formed from a thrust washer and an accommodating washer.

Bearing device and exhaust turbine turbocharger

The present invention improves the drainability of lubricating oil at a thrust bearing. The present invention comprises: a rotating shaft; a thrust bearing that is provided to the rotating shaft and restricts the axial-direction movement of the rotating shaft; and an oil reservoir part (20) that has formed therein an oil reservoir space (20a) that is provided to be adjacent to the thrust bearing in the axial direction and to open downward, the oil reservoir space (20a) having formed therein an inclined surface (20aa) that, in a region that is in and below a horizontal plane H that passes through the center of the rotating shaft, protrudes to the thrust bearing side and is inclined along the rotational direction of the rotating shaft.

ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURED JOURNAL BEARING FOR A WIND TURBINE GEARBOX

A method for manufacturing a gear assembly of a gearbox in a wind turbine includes providing a pin shaft of the gear assembly. The method also includes depositing material onto an exterior surface of the pin shaft of the gear assembly via an additive manufacturing process driven by a computer numerical control (CNC) device to form a bearing that circumferentially surrounds and adheres to the pin shaft. Further, the method includes providing a gear circumferentially around the bearing to form the gear assembly.

Moving body guiding device

In a moving body guiding device which supplies lubricating oil between a guiding surface of a supporting body and a sliding surface of the moving body and guides a moving body, a lubricating oil pocket having a periphery enclosed by a land portion is provided on the sliding surface of the moving body, a closed loop oil groove is formed along the inside of the land portion, a front portion and a rear portion inside the lubricating oil pocket communicate with one another by means of a lubricating oil pocket return passage at least partially opening in the oil groove, and lubricating oil that has accumulated in the rear portion, in a movement direction, concomitant with movement of the moving body, flows to the front portion in the movement direction.

Sliding component

In an exemplary embodiment, a sliding component includes a pair of sliding parts sliding relatively to each other. One sliding part is a stationary-side seal ring 7, and the other sliding part is a rotating-side seal ring 4, wherein the seal rings have sliding faces S formed radially for sealing a liquid or a misty fluid as a sealed fluid against leakage. At least one of the sliding faces S is provided with: spiral grooves 11 which have upstream ends 11a connected to a leakage side, and downstream ends 11b not connected to a circumferential edge on a sealed-fluid side, and are disposed at an angle from upstream to downstream; and discharge grooves 10 disposed at an angle such that their upstream ends 10a are located on the leakage side and their downstream ends 10b are located on the sealed-fluid side.

PLAIN BEARING

A plain bearing includes a base body having a substantially cylindrical bore bounded by a bore surface, and the bore surface has a longitudinal recess in a load-zone region that is open radially inward and has curved ends connected by axially extending sides. A cylindrical shaft extends through the bore and over the load zone and has an outer diameter less than an inner diameter of the bore. A fluid channel has an opening in the recess and provides fluid to the recess at a pressure that is maintained at a level to offset no more than about 40 percent of a force produced by the shaft in the direction of the load zone.

FIELD SERVICEABLE LANDING GEAR BUSHING

A bushing is configured for installation in the hole of a lug, which has a protrusion extending radially inward from a surface of the hole. The bushing includes a first cylindrical body that is sized to be received within the hole of the lug. A flange extends radially outward from one end of the first cylindrical body, and a first recess is formed in the first cylindrical body to a radial face. The recess is sized and configured to receive the protrusion of the lug when the bushing is installed in the hole. Engagement of the protrusion with the recess preventing movement of the bushing relative to the lug.

PROCESSES FOR INCREASING HYDROCARBON PRODUCTION

Systems and methods for increasing hydrocarbon production using an electrical submersible pump are described. The methods typically include, for example, configuring an electrical submersible pump comprising a gas separator to induce a gas lift effect in a well comprising a tubing within a casing. Hydrocarbon production from the well is therefore increased using the electrical submersible pump.

WASHER ASSEMBLY AND HYDRODYNAMIC TORQUE CONVERTER

A washer assembly and a hydrodynamic torque converter comprising the washer assembly is provided. The washer assembly comprises a washer and a plate; the washer is annular and comprises a washer body and two or more positioning clamps protruding radially inward from an inner periphery of the washer body, at least one side of the positioning clamp in a circumferential direction having a positioning protrusion protruding; the plate is annular, an inner periphery portion of the plate being provided with two or more positioning notches; an edge of at least one side of the positioning notch in the circumferential direction being provided with a positioning groove; and the washer is mounted to one end face of the plate. The washer assembly saves the internal space of the torque converter and saves the material cost of the washer.
