FOOT LENGTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING REPLACEMENT TIME FOR SHOES, AND MEASUREMENT ASSISTING TOOL
A system for managing foot length information of a growing person is to be provided. A foot length information management system includes: a measurement unit that measures foot length; a storage unit that stores multiple patterns of growth curve information; an age information input unit into which age information of a customer is entered; and a growth curve information selecting unit that refers to the age information to select growth curve information corresponding to foot length measured by the measurement unit, from among the multiple patterns of growth curve information. The foot length information management system may further include a recording unit in which past foot length is recorded, and the growth curve information selecting unit may select growth curve information based on foot length recorded in the recording unit and foot length measured by the measurement unit.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING SYSTEM, AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING METHOD
The three-dimensional measuring method includes: a conveying step of conveying a workpiece to be measured by a robot arm configured to change an attitude of the workpiece; a measuring step of performing three-dimensional measurement on the workpiece by a probe configured to be movable relative to the surface plate in a state in which the workpiece is held by the robot arm; a relative-position change detecting step of detecting a change in a relative position between the surface plate and the robot arm; and a vibration correcting step of correcting a result of the measurement performed on the workpiece in the measuring step based on a result of detection performed in the relative-position change detecting step.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CHECKING DIMENSIONS OF A MECHANICAL PART
An apparatus for checking the length (H) of a chamfer (7) delimited by a first surface (5) and by an edge (S), comprises two feelers (15, 25)—movably connected to a same supporting frame (20)—and respective transducers (16,26). The transducers supply signals (T1, T2) indicative of displacements of the respective feelers along mutually perpendicular directions (Y, X). A checking method includes moving the supporting frame at a constant speed so that, during the movement, one of the feelers scans the chamfer and the other cooperates with the first surface. The signals of the respective transducers are acquired and transmitted synchronously to a processing unit (40) which processes them together with information on the mutual position of the two feelers to obtain the length of the chamfer.
ACQUISITION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ACQUIRING SETS OF MULTIPLE OBJECT DATA OF AT LEAST ONE OBJECT
An acquisition device for at least semiautomated acquisition of sets of multiple object data of at least one object, including a movement device for generating a defined relative movement between at least one object data acquisition unit and the at least one object.
Feed mechanism and measuring device including the same
Described is a feed mechanism for a slider which is convenient to use with good durability and low costs by eliminating a rack-and-pinion method. The feed mechanism allows the slider to be fed and moved along a longitudinal main scale. The feed mechanism includes a driving gear that is a gear train pivotally supported by the slider, a driven roller that meshes with the driving gear and rotates by rotation of the driving gear, and an arm that includes a cup portion capable of receiving the driven roller on a distal end. The arm includes the cup portion capable of receiving the driven roller on the distal end and is pivotally supported by the slider on a base end. The cup portion in a state of receiving the driven roller is biased toward the main scale by a pin plunger. Accordingly, the driven roller is kept abutted against the main scale.
Manual stage with magnetic sensor and digital readout
The disclosed device comprises a manually-actuated micro positioning stage that incorporates a mechanism for measurement and electronic output of the stage slider position. A Hall Effect sensor device is used to sense rotary position of the lead screw. based on the lead screw pitch. Processor means converts the Hall Effect sensor measurement of the lead screw rotational displacement into linear displacement of the stage slider for presentation on an electronic display. A magnetically-permeable cap contains a small disc magnet that is poled diametrically and is affixed to the end of the lead screw that is in contact with the stage slider by means of a sensor housing. The Hall Effect sensor contained in a surface mount electronic package is enclosed in a sensor housing that is part of the stage slider that is in contact with the lead screw and is positioned coaxially with the lead screw.
Layout and measuring tool
A layout and measurement tool for measuring and marking the edge of a piece of stock may have a first arm extending from a central portion in a horizontal plane and a second arm extending from the central portion in a vertical plane allowing for simultaneous measurement and marking of the top face of the stock piece and the side of the stock piece without the need to move or reposition the tool.
Inspection tool for surface of paint
The present invention discloses an inspection tool for surface of paint that is capable of detecting if a diameter of the minimum surface without paint of a mounting surface of a bolt hole is qualified, and if a height of surface without paint of side wall of a bolt hole as a counter hole exceeds a given range. The present invention is of simple structure and is convenient for use.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PLACING COMPONENTS
A positioning support (1) for positioning components to be inspected during their inspection by means of an optical control apparatus, comprising a chasing base (3) acting as interface to the optical control apparatus, a sliding base (5) able to slide along an axis “Y” in a plane of the chasing base perpendicular to the optical axis; a plate (7) able to slide along an axis “X” perpendicular to the axis “Y” in a plane parallel to said sliding base; jigs or bars (15) for positioning a plurality of components to be measured on said plate.
Ergonomic Mobile controller for Coordinate Measuring Machine
Embodiments described herein provide a mobile CMM jogbox that includes one or more ergonomic apparatuses configured and disposed to allow a CMM operator to hold and operate the jogbox, while avoiding or mitigating the fatigue of an operator using the jogbox.
