Level with Removable End Cap
A level with a removable end cap is provided. The level includes a hollow level body. The end cap includes an outer member and locking member received within the outer member. The locking member is inserted into the outer member pushing a moveable portion of the outer member into a frictional engagement that holds the end cap assembly in place relative to the level body.

Vial with improved visibility for level
A level including level vial(s) having enhanced visibility are provided. The level may include a level vial including a material that is attracted to the interface or border of a globule within the level vial which improves visibility of the interface. The level may include a solid level indicator having easy to see end surfaces that are generally vertically oriented when in the level position. The end surfaces of the solid level indicator may allow the user to more easily compare the position of the solid level indicator to indicating lines formed on the level vial. The level may include a level vial including a first liquid and an immiscible second liquid forming a globule with the first material. The globule formed from the second material may improve visibility compared to a typical air bubble.

Level marking device for drywall installation
A level marking device for drywall installation is disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the level marking device includes a body portion configured to be attached to a carpenter's level; and a pin member coupled to the body portion. In another embodiment, the level marking device includes a carpenter's level, the carpenter's level including a body portion and a level indicator for establishing a horizontal and/or vertical line or plane; and a pin member coupled to the carpenter's level. The pin member of the level marking device is configured to be positioned at the intersection of one side of a stud and an edge of drywall. The level marking device is configured to position one edge of the carpenter's level approximately aligned with a centerline of the stud so as to enable a guide line to be marked on the drywall that approximates the centerline of the stud.

TILT INDICATOR
A tilt indicator includes a housing having a face member and a back member. A movable mass member is disposed within the housing between the face member and the back member. A first encoded indicium is disposed on the mass member, and a second encoded indicium is located on the back member. In response to the tilt indicator being subjected to a tilt event exceeding a threshold, the mass member moves from a first position to a second position.
System and method for estimating the weight of a load carried by an implement of a work vehicle
A method for estimating load weights for a work vehicle including a boom pivotably coupled to the chassis of the work vehicle at a boom joint and an implement pivotably coupled to the boom at an implement joint may include receiving an input indicative of a tilt force associated with a tilt cylinder configured to pivot the implement about the implement joint, and an input indicative of a lift force associated with a lift cylinder configured to pivot the boom about the boom joint. The method may further include determining a torque about the implement joint caused by the load based on the tilt force and determining a torque about the boom joint caused by the load based on the lift and tilt forces. Additionally, the method may include estimating a weight of the load based on the torques about the boom and implement joints.

Gradient sensor
A gradient sensing probe system, and method of using same, including a sensing segment which includes a plurality of sensors, a support structure, and an electrical interface having first and second faces. The system further includes a housing, a power source, and an electronics package including a controller and disposed within the housing. The sensing segment is configured to measure external gradients and to exchange data with the controller. The power source is connected energetically to provide power to the sensing segment and the electronics package, and is controlled by the controller.
