Controlled dosage dispensing valve
The controlled dosage dispensing valve is a device that may be placed atop an extraneous cylinder. It is an aim of the device to facilitate the metering and dosing chambers within a plurality of annular aperture and an upper portion of the intake channel respectively through a plurality of fuel apertures. To accomplish this, a spigot valve system, a dosing system, and a cap system are integrated onto a single apparatus that may be fitted over an external gas cylinder. Further, a return spring is disposed that may facilitate vertical reciprocating motion consequent to the consumption of fuel in the associative metering and dosing chambers. With an extraneous tool about the device that induces a downward vertical force on the valve spigot and the pressure of the fuel propagated by the extraneous fuel cylinder, the device achieves the reciprocating motion necessary to meter and dose the fuel.
Coupler for Use in a Closed Transfer System
A probe for a closed transfer system, the probe including a probe body and a probe tip. The probe body defines an inlet, an outlet, and a plurality of channels. The outlet is in fluid communication with the inlet via at least one of the plurality of channels. The probe tip is located at a top end of the probe body and defines a first passageway. The first passageway is in fluid communication with at least one of the plurality of channels. The probe body is configured to be slidably moveable within a coupler body between a first position where the probe tip is received within the coupler body and a second position where the probe tip extends at least partially away from the coupler body to open a fluid flow path through the coupler body.

METHOD OF DETERMINING FLOW RATE OF GAS
A substrate processing system includes a gas supply unit having a first gas flow channel. A second gas flow channel of a flow rate measurement system is connected to the first gas flow channel. The flow rate measurement system further includes a third gas flow channel connected to the second gas flow channel, and a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor that measure a pressure and a temperature, respectively, in the third gas flow channel. In a method of an embodiment, a flow rate of a gas output from a flow rate controller of the gas supply unit is calculated using a build-up method. The flow rate of a gas is calculated without using the total volume of the first gas flow channel and the second gas flow channel and temperatures in the first gas flow channel and the second gas flow channel.
LIQUID GAUGE AND A METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
A liquid gauge is disclosed. The liquid gauge includes a plurality of holes configured to receive a plurality of liquid droplets of a first size. The liquid gauge also includes a plurality of curved structures configured to form an aggregated liquid droplet of a second size using the plurality liquid droplets of the first size. The liquid gauge further includes a plurality of counting electrodes configured to generate a corresponding electrical signal. The liquid gauge further includes a processing unit configured to count the aggregated liquid droplet of the second size received by each of the counting electrode and also configured to compute a total amount of liquid fall based on the aggregated liquid droplet of the second size.
