Knee pad system
A knee pad system includes a pair of pants that may be worn. The pants including a pair of legs and each of the legs has an inside surface. A pair of cushions is provided and each of the cushions is removably coupled to the pants. Each of the cushions is aligned with an associated one of a pair of a user's knees. Thus, each of the cushions may cushion the associated knee when the user kneels. Each of the cushions is positioned on the inside surface to conceal each of the cushions.
Quick release fastening system
A quick release fastening system associated with wearable articles is disclosed. The quick release fastening system includes a hook and loop fastener and a pull cord. A quick release of the fastening system can be accomplished with a frontal pull of the pull cord, which disengages the hook and loop fastener. No hardware is necessary to fasten or release the system. In some forms of the invention, the pull cord partially resides within a conduit that can be attached to or formed through the wearable article. The quick release fastening system is useful in any application wherein two articles need to be releasably fastened, including tactical vest applications of various types.
Non-Encircling Comfort Pad System
A non-encircling comfort pad system that allows the user to selectively attach a pad to and detach the pad from the article of clothing is disclosed. The non-encircling comfort pad system includes a pad having a pad fastener part and a mount fastener part that is attached to the article of clothing. The pad fastener part is configured to engage the mount fastener part such that the pad is held to the article of clothing without requiring any encirclement of the protected body part.
Apparel with Selectively Attachable and Detachable Elements
An article of apparel has a surface with a first part of a fastening system, and an attachment element has an outer area with a second part of the fastening system. The first part of the fastening system is joinable to the second part of the fastening system to attach the attachment element to the apparel. The first part of the fastening system is also separable from the second part of the fastening system to separate the attachment element from the apparel. The attachment element may be formed from a polymer foam material, may include a fluid-filled chamber, or may incorporate an electronic device, for example. In some configurations, the attachment element is secured to an exterior of the apparel. In other configurations, the attachment element is secured between two layers of the apparel.
PROTECTIVE EARRING COVER
An earring cover provided. The earring cover includes an elongated material having a first end, a second end opposite the first end, a front surface, and a back surface opposite the front surface. A first padding may be attached to the first end and a second padding may be attached to the second end of the elongated material. The first padding may include an opening formed thorough a center portion and the second padding may include an opening formed through the center portion. The earring cover may further include an adhesive layer disposed on the back surface of the elongated material.
SPORTS SHOULDER PADS WITH HYBRID FOAM BODY PAD
A shoulder pad assembly has main body cushions consisting of a plurality of different types of foam material joined together to result in a hybrid pad structure constructed from slow-response foam and open-cell foam. A main body cushion is constructed from a first sheet or panel of slow response foam disposed over the torso of the wearer, a second sheet or panel of slow-response foam disposed over the back of the wearer, joined together by a third sheet or panel of open-cell foam positioned between the first sheet and second sheet, disposed over the wearer's shoulder. Optionally, a fourth sheet or pad of slow-response foam is disposed on the third sheet, disposed over the wearer's shoulder, preferably at the location that is most likely to suffer blows during football play. Optionally, a fifth sheet or pad of open-cell foam is disposed on the first sheet, on the side of the first sheet in contact with the wearer and a sixth sheet or pad of open-cell foam is disposed on the second sheet.
DETACHABLE AND INTERCHANGEABLE SHOCK-PROOF PADS FOR CYCLING PANTS AND UNDER PANTS
A detachable and inter changeable shock-proof pads for cycling pants and underpants mainly includes a main body matching a human body's hips, where at least one connecting body is configured on the main body at a predetermined position, at least one protecting body one face of the main body, and at least one connecting element another face of the main body. The connecting body is used to connect the main body to the inside or outside of the crouch of pants, and the connecting element is then connected to the pants, thereby preventing the main body from sliding so as to achieve the detachable and inter changeable effects.
PROTECTIVE PAD ASSEMBLY, AND RELATED KITS, APPLICATIONS, AND METHODS
A protective pad assembly is provided for releasably attaching to a garment worn by a user of the protective pad assembly over a body part of the user. The protective pad assembly includes a pad, and a securing device including an exterior securing component configured to be disposed outside of the garment and an interior securing component configured to be disposed inside of the garment in substantial alignment with the exterior securing component. The exterior securing component or the interior securing component includes a male member, and the other of the exterior securing component or the interior securing component includes a female member configured to be releasably mechanically mated to the male member with the garment worn by the user captured therebetween.
Protective sleeve for a medical device
Protective sleeve for a medical device having a moveable joint including a tubular assembly comprising a flexible material that satisfies International Organization for Standardization ISO13997 (1999) for a cut resistance of at least ISO level 5. The tubular assembly has a first end portion, a second end portion, and a length extending therebetween. The tubular assembly includes a base member made of the flexible material having an internal surface and an external surface and a reinforcing member made of the flexible material coupled to the base member along the internal surface and the external surface of the base member. The reinforcing member forms a channel at the first end portion. The tubular assembly has an internal cross dimension sized to receive a medical device having a moveable joint therein. The protective sleeve further includes an adjustment member received in the channel to radially adjust the first end portion.
Non-encircling comfort pad system
A non-encircling comfort pad system that allows the user to selectively attach a pad to and detach the pad from the article of clothing is disclosed. The non-encircling comfort pad system includes a pad having a pad fastener part and a mount fastener part that is attached to the article of clothing. The pad fastener part is configured to engage the mount fastener part such that the pad is held to the article of clothing without requiring any encirclement of the protected body part.
