Protective Facial Covering System with Insertable Whistle Device
A facial covering protects the wearer's face against air pollution, extreme weather conditions and communicable viruses when the wearer using a whistle device during activities. This facial covering enables the user to blow the whistle without the need to remove the covering from their face. Furthermore, the wearer can blow the whistle without interference of the whistle sound that can be caused by the whistle being totally enclosed in the facial covering. In this invention, a wearer inserts the mouth piece section of a whistle through a linear opening in the facial covering. Once inserted through the opening, the whistle mouth piece section is secured to the facial opening by an expandable and contractable material. Once inserted in and secured to the facial covering, the wearer can use the whistle without diminution in whistle performance while not exposing their face to the specific atmosphere conditions. After the completion of an activity, a wearer can remove the whistle element from the protective facial covering.
APPARATUS WITH MULTIPURPOSE PRESSURE SENSITIVE MATERIAL AND METHOD OF LEAK IDENTIFICATION
An apparatus with multipurpose pressure sensitive materials, includes an outer part and a pressure sensitive material. The sensitive material is configured to change colors according to contact state between the outer part with an object and/or according to the outer part itself.
Respiration flow apparatus
A ducted breathing apparatus and methods for assembling and using such ducted breathing apparatus are provided. The ducted breathing apparatus may include a face cover for sealing at least a portion of a user's face. The ducted breathing apparatus may include a ducted air channel element for providing direct air flow from a user's mouth within the mask to the outside environment. The ducted breathing apparatus may include a coupling element for providing a sealed mating connection between the ducted air channel element and the face cover.
Fog-Preventing Face Mask Device
A face mask accessory or assembly that inhibits the passage of fog-causing breath vapors between a face mask, such as a surgical or fabric mask, and a wearer's eyewear. The device may further assist in maintaining the intended fit and functionality of both the mask and glasses, and may be shipped flat. In some embodiments, the accessory is removable, adjustable and/or reusable. In other embodiments, the assembly is a face mask integrated with an anti-fogging flange.
Apparatus with fastenerless connection between components and assembly method thereof
An apparatus having components that are interconnectable without fasteners. A first component includes a male connection portion including a connection wall defining a non-circular, closed-geometric shape, and one or more grooves extending along a least a portion of an outer side of the connection wall. A second component includes a female connection portion including a capture wall defining a shape within which the connection wall fits in a first orientation and a second orientation. The second orientation is a fastened state achieved via a rotational twist action of the first component with respect to the second component. One or more protrusions extend inwardly from the capture wall. The one or more protrusions are sized to engage the one or more grooves of the connection wall of the first component when the connection wall is oriented in the second orientation within the capture wall.
WEARABLE FACE MASK
A wearable mask having a contoured body adapted for mounting over a wearer's face, the body including a bulbous shaped projection extending forwardly of the wearer's nose and lips. The projection includes a substantially flattened bottom interior for collecting/absorbing fluidic emissions of the wearer not limited to mucous and spittle. A foam lining a perimeter of the contoured body is adapted to contact the user's face and to provide a seal around an interior of the body. A strap is connected at opposite ends to first and second attachment locations projecting from the body.
TOUCH CONDUCTIVE FACEMASK FOR TOUCH SCREEN DEVICES
A touch conductive facemask for touch screen devices includes a nonconductive facemask body comprising breathable material and having an inner surface facing a user when the facemask is worn and an outer surface facing away from the user. The facemask also includes a plurality of elastic straps coupled to the facemask body and configured to be placed around a head of the user. In addition, electrically conductive material such as conductive stitching or a conductive coating proximate a center portion of the facemask body passes from the inner surface to the outer surface of the facemask and is configured for bioelectricity from skin of the user that comes in contact with electrically conductive material on the inner surface to pass through to the outer surface to be sensed by a touch screen device.
Mask apparatuses and approach
Aspects of various embodiments herein may be implemented as follows. An apparatus has a material shell that conforms to a user's face, and a securing portion connected to the shell that may operate to secure a filter to the user's face with the filter covering the user's nose and mouth. A securing force may be applied to the filter via the first material portion in a direction toward the user's face, thereby sealing the filter around the user's nose and mouth. Various implementations involve elastic and other material that facilitate sealing of the filter around the user's nose and mouth.
Face and Ear Mask Device
The present invention relates to a face and ear mask device that is comprised of a body, a front surface comprised of a fabric which extends over the nose, mouth, and ears of a user, and an eyeglass-like frame. The body of the device is preferably one that resembles a conventional face mask, with the additional feature of an extension of coverage over the ears. The device is also comprised of an eyeglass frame that can be worn on the head of the user and that may be removably or fixedly-attaches to the rear surface of the body for more convenient and secure coverage. Furthermore, the device includes a filter pocket on the rear surface that allows at least one filter to be stored within the body.
Rapidly deployable, cough and sneeze, aerosol containment apparatus
A rapidly deployable, pressure sealed, cough and sneeze aerosol, containment apparatus and a system to virtually eradicate the cold, the flu, and Covid-19. A face mask having a rigid first section configured to hold a filter and a pliable second section configured to fit on a person's face; a face mask seal formed on an edge of the pliable second section of the face mask; a curved surface on the face mask seal configured to fold inward to form a seal on the person's face when pressed on the person's face.
