Wearable air cleaner with ultraviolet light disinfection
This invention is directed to a wearable air cleaner where an air cleaning device is incorporated into a hat. The air cleaning device includes a fan unit to pull air through the device and an air filter to capture particles in the air. The air cleaning device also includes ultraviolet light to disinfect the air and pushes the filtered and disinfected air in front of the wearer for breathing.
VISOR AND PROTECTIVE FACE SHIELD APPARATUS AND METHODS OF ASSEMBLY
A visor and protective face shield apparatus having a transparent or non-transparent visor and a transparent face shield. The visor and face shield can be assembled from separate components or from a unitary blank using improved tabs and slots such that the face shield is supported by the visor.
FACIAL AIR SHIELD TO PREVENT DISEASE SPREAD
The present disclosure provides devices and systems for prevention from air born viruses, bacteria or contaminants, in particular, the device acts as an air shield that is placed on the human forehead and generates a differential high pressure in front of the human face that blocks the viruses from reaching the face. The device is composed of air fans with controlled speeds, air filters, an air cone, an air slot, and controlled circuitry to operate the device.
Loupe light-compatible attachable face shield
A face shield adapted to protect the face from biohazards during medical procedures is disclosed. The central portion of the face shield includes a horizontally centered cut out that extends downwardly from a top edge. The cut out is sized and positioned to allow a loupe light to pass through. The central portion of the face shield may be hingedly connected to a pair of side portions. A pair of side portions extends outwardly from respective sides of the central portion. Each of the pair of side portions includes attachment structure, such as a clip, to attach the face shield to the temples of a pair of loupes.
Face shield and its assembly method
The present invention refers to a face shield for the protection of user's eyes and face in case there s accidental exposure to infectious, hazardous, and undesired substances, chemicals, powders, liquid spray, aerosols, and particles. More specifically, the invention refers to a protective barrier for workers in the health industry, laboratory personnel, dentists, dermatologists, beauty parlors, spas, dialysis clinics, tattoo artists, janitorial personnel, artists, and workshops of varying types, for protection against accidental exposure to infectious and/or hazardous and potentially toxic materials, as well as harmful airborne particles.
DENTAL FACE MASK AND SHIELD SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING
The present disclosure provides a dental procedure safety device including a face mask and a face shield attached to each other to form a modified face mask shield device, where the face shield overlaps in front of the face mask. The device further includes a dental dam frame including a plurality of nibs projecting outwardly from an outer perimeter of the dental dam frame for attachment of a dental dam membrane, such that a portion of the dental dam membrane is attached over an upper horizontal member of the dental dam frame. An attachment device, positioned over the portion of the dental dam membrane attached over the upper horizontal member, detachably connects to a rear surface of a lower end of the face mask, such that the modified face mask shield device is positioned in front of the attachment device.
OPHTHALMOSCOPE MOUNTED FACE SHIELD
A visor is provided that is adapted to be mounted on a binocular indirect ophthalmoscope. The visor includes: a visor body shaped to conform with at least a portion of the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope; a visor attachment portion located between the visor body and one of a headband, instrument housing, or instrument housing strut of the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope when the visor is mounted on the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope. The visor is mountable on the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope such that the visor body is located in front of a substantial portion of a wearer of the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope. The visor is located on the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope such that the visor does not interfere with operation of the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope during operation of the binocular indirect ophthalmoscope.
POWERED AIR FILTRATION FACE COVERING
A protective face covering may comprise a frame comprising a main body. At least a portion of the main body is hollow and defines an inlet passage and an exhaust passage therein. The protective face covering may further comprise a visor coupled to the frame and configured to be disposed adjacent a face of a user in a first position, a membrane barrier coupled the visor and configured to seal against a portion of the wearer to define a sealed cavity between the visor and the face of the wearer in the first position, a blower unit in fluid communication with the inlet passage, the blower unit configured to provide a volume of filtered fluid to the inlet passage. The frame comprises an inlet aperture disposed adjacent a front portion of the frame and configured to direct a curtain of fluid into the sealed cavity in the first position.
ADJUSTABLE FACE SHIELD
A multi-adjustment face shield is disclosed having a flexible front plate or shield, a foam flexible forehead support member, and an adjustable, stretchable headband. The top shield is positioned to be directly in front of a person's eyes wearing the face shield. The bottom shield is removable. The face shield is surrounded by an adequate, peripheral margin, frame, or window surrounding portion, which provides an anti-glare characteristic or capability to the margin. The flexible forehead support member is provided on the upper part of the transparent member to nestle against a user's forehead.
HEAD GARMENT WITH MULTI-LAYER FILTER
A head garment is made of elastically stretchable fabric configured to fit over and surround the head of a wearer and conform substantially to the shape of the wearer's head. The head garment has an eye opening positioned to allow the wearer to see therethrough, and a protective eye shield completely covering the eye opening. A multi-layer filter portion is configured to cover the wearer's mouth and at least a lower part of the wearer's nose and has three or more filter layers for filtering air during breathing. Additional filter layers may be added to the multi-layer filter portion to enhance or modify the filtering properties. The multi-layer filter portion may be configured as a removable filter pack that can be removed and replaced by other filter packs having different filtering properties.
