AIR DELIVERY SYSTEM HAVING DUAL CONFIGURATION AIR FILTRATION ASSEMBLY
An air delivery system comprises a visor having an outer peripheral edge and an inner peripheral edge. An air filtration assembly is removably mounted above an opening in the visor between the outer and inner peripheral edges, the air filtration assembly comprising a fan having an air inlet and an air outlet, an anode layer disposed over the air inlet, a filter layer disposed over the anode layer and a cathode layer disposed over the filter layer. In a first configuration, the air filtration assembly provides air flow toward an inner surface of the visor and, in a second configuration, the air filtration assembly provides air flow away from an outer surface of the visor. The air filtration assembly includes a mode actuator configured to control operation of a filtration mode indicator in dependence upon positioning of the air filtration assembly in the first or second configuration.
Face covering device for children to make hair washing fun and safe the device called Oggles
A face covering device for children providing a seal between a perimeter of the goggles or face masks and a portion of the face surrounding the wearer's eyes, intended to prevent soapy water, shampoo, or other liquid from intrusion into the eyes that may irritate eyes of children and protect the face from water or shampoo during showering and hair washing; the device is made with a mask area with a top, a pair of sides and a bottom, a set of waterproof goggles with a sealing band, and a manner to secure the goggles to the mask; and the device is lightweight, durable, water-resistant, comfortable and flexible and permits a free airflow to the eye region, nose and mouth for free breathing.
FULL-FACED SHIELD
Illustrated views of an exemplary full-faced shield for protecting a person from microscopic virus and/or bacteria in the air is presented. The full-faced shield is useful for providing an impervious protective layer for an entire face of a person. The full-faced shield is useful for preventing droplets in the air from contacting eyes, nose and mouth area of the person. Furthermore, the full-faced shield provides an enhanced level of protection compared to typical face masks.
Eyes Safety Shield Accessory For Eyewear
A patient safety shield, and its method of use, features a deflector shield that closes gaps between the bottom profile of safety eyewear worn by the patient and the patient's cheek area. The deflector shield, when positioned, oriented, and profiled across the bridge of the patients nose and under the patient's eyewear , deflects fine infectious and or injurious debris, which originates in the patient's oral cavity, from being ejected off moving parts of dental tools during a dental procedure. The deflection by the deflector shield prevents potentially infectious or injurious debris from reaching and harming the eyes of the patient that may enter through the bottom gaps.
Face and Head Shield
A protective shield features a single-piece transparent dome or shell having a rear opening through which facial and cranial regions of a user's head are received, thereby providing improved coverage over conventional face shields that cover the face only. Inward protrusions at a transitional region between the facial and cranial portions of the shield rest against the forehead to offset the facial portion of the shield forwardly of the user's face to allow airflow, optionally introduced from an external fan via an airflow channel integrally formed in the cranial portion. A flexible connector clip has a J-shaped profile for engaging an out-turned flange around the boundary of the shield s rear opening, to enable clipped connection of a bib or shroud. Support protrusions in an underside of the cranial portion maintain airspace above the head, which is further optimized by a rearwardly sloped incline of the cranial portion.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AEROSOL PROTECTION SHIELD
Systems and methods for aerosol protection shield may include a headband disposed above a face of a user. The shield may include a pad coupled to the headband, the pad disposed above the face of the user. The shield may include a window coupled to the pad, the window disposed in front of the face of the user. The shield may include a covering coupled to the pad, the covering disposed in front of the window, the covering disposed in front of the face of the user, and the covering draped over the user.
Face shield assembly
A face shield assembly includes, among other things, a shield configured to be placed adjacent a front of a head of a user, a tube configured to be placed against a rear of the head of the user, and fasteners. Each of the fasteners binds the tube to at least the shield.
Retractable Face Shield
Face shields provide protection against harmful objects ranging from flying debris to bodily fluids. In the wake of the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, protective face coverings have become utilized by the general population to reduce infection. Presented herein is a novel protective face shield comprising several sections which may be articulated to operate in several positions including fully extended, fully retracted, raised, and lowered. In the fully extended position, the shield provides a level of protection for both the wearer and those around them. In the fully retracted position, the shield is raised and collapsed to conform to a typical visor.
DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AT LEAST ONE PART OF THE FACE
A device for protecting at least one part of the face of a user to prevent the spread of projections from the respiratory tract. A single flexible sheet, made of a material impermeable to the spread of these projections, and defining a substantially rectangular or square strip and at least two first straps each coming from one of the ends of the upper edge of the strip, the strip of the sheet being shaped to cover at least the nose and the mouth of the user, the upper edge of the strip resting on the top of the nose or on the forehead, the two first straps being arranged to be tied together at the back of the user's head, passing over their ears.
Ultraviolet light disinfecting face shield system
A face shield system utilizes a headgear with an outer shield and an optional inner side that is proximal to a person wearing the face shield. The headgear may be configured to receive a disinfecting cartridge that neutralize or destroy pathogens in an airflow flowing therethrough. The cartridge may include a neutralizing UV light emitter and a destroying UV light emitter as well as an ionizer. The plenum may include a plurality of baffles to produce a serpentine flow through the plenum. The baffles and the interior of the plenum may be textured and polished and may include catalytic coatings for improving the effectiveness of pathogen destruction and absorbing ions and UV light. An air inlet may allow air from the plenum to pass into the inner side of the shield after the air is disinfected and purified by the UV light emitters.
