A disposable glove and system are provided that has features and characteristic that enable a cuff opening of the glove to more easily open, thereby assisting in donning the glove. The disposable glove system includes stacked glove configurations for mounting and storage. The disposable glove system also includes features that make the disposable gloves easier to dispense from a dispenser with minimal user contact with the outer surface of the disposable gloves.

An ambidextrous stress-reducing polymeric glove, comprising: a thumb having a palmside surface and a backhand surface; a plurality of fingers that includes an index finger, a middle finger, a ring finger, and a little finger, each of the plurality of fingers having a palmside surface and a backhand surface; a palm region; a backhand region; and a stress-reducing ridge on at least one of: the backhand surface of the thumb and the palmside surface of the thumb, the backhand surface of the index finger and the palmside surface of the index finger, the backhand surface of the middle finger and the palmside surface of the middle finger, the backhand surface of the ring finger and the palmside surface of the ring finger, the backhand surface of the little finger and the palmside surface of the little finger, or the palm region and the backhand region.

A disposable glove having grip enhancing features is described. It includes an interior surface, an exterior surface, and a grip enhancing section having a grip enhancing pattern defined thereon. The grip enhancing pattern is formed from a diamond pattern embossed on said exterior surface of the glove. The diamond pattern comprises individual diamonds that are in close proximity to one another. The grip enhancing section comprises the exterior surface of said glove.
