Provided is a pressure detection device including a pressure detection unit configured to detect a pressure to be transmitted to a pressure sensor, and a flow channel unit on which the pressure detection unit is disposed. The pressure detection unit) includes a pressure sensor and a conductive protective film disposed in contact with the pressure sensor, the conductive protective film breaking contact between the pressure sensor and a fluid. The conductive protective film is formed of a conductive fluororesin material including a fluororesin material and a conductive material dispersed in the fluororesin material and is connected to a ground portion maintained at a ground potential.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RAPID DRAIN OF WATER HEATER
The present disclosure provides a gas connection assembly for rapid draining of water heaters. The gas connection assembly includes a first channel having a gas inlet connection that connects to a gas supply source, a second channel having a gas outlet connection assembly configured to connect to a water heater, and a third channel coupled to a pressure regulator having a gas relief. The first, second, and third channels are connected such that a gas from the gas supply source comes through the first channel and distributes into the second channel and the third channel.
True gauge pressure transducer with anti-icing features of pressure ports
A gauge pressure transducer assembly having anti-icing features to allow for easy drainage of fluids to prevent pooling and icing. The assembly can include a header having one or more atmospheric ports extending therethrough, a differential sensing element mounted to the header, a header cap attached to at least a portion of the header, a gauge adapter attached to the header and in communication with the one or more atmospheric ports of the header, an elongated tube attached to the header cap, and a front port attached to the elongated tube. The gauge adapter includes a plurality of through-holes to facilitate drainage and de-icing, which is an improvement over conventional transducers that can trap water within the ports that can freeze and cause damage. The header and the gauge adapter of the gauge pressure transducer assembly can reduce or eliminate regions where water can pool and freeze.
PRESSURE MONITORING APPARATUS
A pressure monitoring apparatus for a membrane compressor, with at least one pressure transducer for recording the pressure within a certain volume, with at least one nonreturn valve and with at least one shutoff valve, for blocking of the nonreturn valve, the shutoff valve and the nonreturn valve each being located in a flow path through which a medium can flow between the volume and the pressure transducer. A pressure monitoring unit delivers exact measured values and which can be economically implemented is achieved by there being at least two nonreturn valves which are located anti-parallel in respective flow paths, the first nonreturn valve blocking in the flow direction from the volume to the pressure transducer and the second nonreturn valve blocking in the flow direction from the pressure transducer to the volume, and by there being at least two shutoff valves for blocking a respective flow path.
AIR PRESSURE SENSING SYSTEM AND AIR PRESSURE SENSING METHOD
An air pressure sensing system including a first sensing unit and a second sensing unit is provided. The first sensing unit includes a substrate, a diaphragm, and a supporting member. The substrate has a cavity connected with an exterior environment. The diaphragm is movably and deformably disposed at the substrate and suspended in the cavity. An electrostatic force is provided to the substrate and the diaphragm to move the diaphragm, such that a portion of the base, the supporting member and the diaphragm are contacted with each other and a closed space is formed therebetween in the cavity. The closed space and the exterior environment are divided by the diaphragm, and the diaphragm is deformed due to an air pressure difference between the closed space and the exterior environment. An air pressure sensing method is also provided.

In accordance with an example, a process control system includes a fluidic line having a longitudinal axis and including a fluidic connection. The fluidic connection has an axis angled relative to the longitudinal axis of the fluidic line. The process control system includes a primary block valve having an inlet port and an outlet port. The inlet port is coupled to the fluidic connection. The process control system includes a monoflange including a male portion forming an inlet port and including an external threaded surface. The monoflange includes an outlet and a flanged interface surrounding the outlet port of the monoflange. The monoflange includes a bleed port. The monoflange includes a bleed valve adapted to control fluid flow from the bleed port and a secondary block valve adapted to control fluid flow from the outlet port. The external threaded surface of the male portion threadably engages the outlet port of primary block valve.
Differential pressure sensor system, aircraft equipped with a differential pressure sensor system and method for operating a differential pressure sensor system
A differential pressure sensor system for use in an aircraft comprises a differential pressure sensor for determining a differential pressure between a pressurizable aircraft cabin and an aircraft environment, the differential pressure sensor having a first port connectable to the pressurizable aircraft cabin via a first line and a second port connectable to the aircraft environment via a second line. A shut-off device of the differential pressure sensor system is arranged in the second line which is switchable between an open position in which it opens the second line, such that a pressure prevailing in the aircraft environment acts on the second port of the differential pressure sensor, and a shut-off position in which it closes the second line, such that the second port of the differential pressure sensor is shut off from the pressure prevailing in the aircraft environment.
